First off, I never touched her, its a harassment one in wisconsin, I went to her place after we had a nasty argument, where she said I would never know any information till the baby is born, and we all know miscarriages happen, I just want to know pregnancy details and leave her alone. Previous incidents include me going to her mother's to talk with her, or when she went to her mom's work, I went there to talk, I never threatened harm, im guilty of being impatient and wanting to resolve conflict, but these got thrown in my face in court as stalking. We broke up several times and got back together, her friends wrote letters saying I was parked outside of her place, when inreality I was in her apartment and she was afraid to tell her friends we were still sleeping together.Her friend said she witnessed me being physical when my ex denied it to her and me. I feel like I got jobbed,I was an *** during the arguments and said hurtful things, but she did to, do I have a leg to stand on?

All my teenage years and know i'm 24, I have wanted to be a father, but not like this i'm heartbroken , all I want is information and a way to get this dropped. The judge looked at her pretty eyes and sweet voice and stuck me. Its 2 years long. It says no third party contacts to her, but can my mother contact her mom, to find out info, i'm stuck and heartbroken.
she's only 6 weeks along, and still may get an abortion or who knows give it up for adoption, can I do anything?

Well dearheart.. looks like you need an attorney.. get your custody and visitation agreement handled ASAP don't wait until after the baby is born... you also need to get a court ordered DNA Test...this protects everybody.. .. don't talk to her or see her or anything unless you have a court order saying when and where you can.. you can use the law to help you as much as she can use it to hurt you.. get your own afidavits.. .. good luck..

get dna to make sure it is yours, start getting all that legal krap in order like visitation, child support etc. or give up your parental rights and get on gone. chances are if she's evil like you're saying she's just gonna make your life a living hell with that baby. all that's gonna do is effect the baby's life in a negative way. do what's best for the baby. good luck. i hope everything works out for you and the baby. and love that baby hopefully she will have a change of heart when the baby is born.

Be thankful to get that hateful thing out of your life. If the baby lives or she keeps it, you will be nothing but a support check, and all the BS she can throw at you. You need to move on from this wacko.

First step: Get a court-appointed lawyer (it's free) to have her and you tested - to make sure the child is actually yours. There's a terrible "fad" nowadays for pregnant girls to name a father that might not be the real father.
