Well if they didn't have strict immigration laws......Then what would we do? Would your suggestion be to seal the entire Mexican country so that the Guatemalans, Hondurans, El Salvadorians among the many other 3rd world countries situated below them would flood into our country too. So in essence they are protecting their neighbors the USA from an even larger influx of illegal immigrants. Do you think these immigrants main goal is to immigrate to Mexico for all of the wonderful jobs. Think about it their destination is the good old USA..........My grandmother stated think before you speak......It is a good idea huh.

Believe it or not, some people actually WANT to work in Mexico. I know it might seem weird, but there are illegal people right now working in Mexico. maybe they are on their way to the U.S, maybe not. Illegals in Mexico face much harsher treatment than those in the U.S, surely you don't think they are doing it solely for the benefit of the U.S? If you do, you are indeed naive. Mexico has an unemployment rate of 40%, Mexicans need those jobs. The United States is the second largest source of Mexico's income by way of people sending money home. Now ask yourself why they are really patrolling their southern border, and why they fight so hard to prevent us from doing the same.

Evidentally you have never been to the southern border of Mexico. There is quite a difference between the southern border of Mexico and the southern border of the United States of America. At this present time, you will not see armed military with m-16's, tanks, assault vehicles, and Patriot missiles on the United States southern border. But things could change. Try waving an American flag in Mexico and just see how long you will last. I say we round up all the Gang bangers, welfare fraudulators, and other hate America individuals and deport them to the southern tip of Chile.

It's not that you are "protecting" anything in the US. It just that Mexicans are selfish and want it all for themselves. They don't want to have to go up against any competition.

Practice what your Grandmother told you.
