There are many reasons why people in Iraq "flee" their homes and not all are related to the US "attack".
Entire towns have fled because Iraqi tribes of other Muslim sects threaten to murder all the people in the village or town if they don't leave.
And while any amount of people being displaced from their homes is tragic do some basic math.
The alleged 250,000 Iraqis account for 0.89% of the entire country's population. Under Saddam he would divert and eliminate the entire water supply away from his people if he didn't like their Shia religion or he just wanted to. One of his palaces out side of Baghdad has magnificent lakes...all of the water was diverted from a town that angered him. How many Iraqi's were displaced of 20-30 years of his "presidency"?
Oh, I worked outside of Baghdad and Tikrit for 18 months and some dozens of villages empty due to the lack of water. That is a significant reason for any group of people to move in any country. If you didn't have access to water where you live would you move or just sit there waiting to die?
People need to research theses news media reports to understand all the factors contributing to the final result. Too many people just blindly accept what the news media says or what they read on the internet.

No. Let see how would you feel if you sat down around a table to eat dinner with your family and next thing you know a bomb drops on your house or even in your neighborhood.
We are considered the Axis of Evil. Interesting how we try to define what other countries defined about us back in the 80's. In 1992 I was in Austria and they said God Bless America cause we need it.
What will we be known for......Destruction

Yupper Doo. They love us.
Of course Reuters lies and you eat it up!!!
Oh and ---> I seriously doubt your numbers.
And yes (except for Sadam and his party) (and they are a real minority) most Iraqis rejoice at their future. American blood will spilled to provide that future. (Hummm.. No oil stolen yet - right?)
Yes they love us. They'd rather we were gone sooner than later but thats in the works.
Anything else you want to cry about?

When they come back to democracy they will thank us.
Many people in WWI & WWII fled for safety but are grateful to be free now.
