It has nothing to do with me it just popped up in my head.

Rapist went to jail, with so many years as a sex offender but no sex rehab. Why would the judge not give a guy that takes advantage of women and stuff sex rehab???

My child's father petitioned the judge to make me bring my daughter in for a paternity test. The petition I was served says that if I don't comply within 30 days the judge will side with him by default. What reason could I give for not wanting to bring her in for a test...She is 17 months old...and in perfect health. Shes well cared for, happy, and perfect. I have never asked this man for a penny, considering he is not on the birth certificate, and most men would be glad to go away. I want to keep him away from my daughter, not because he is a jailbird but because he is mentally ill. He has serious anger issues and says she is the reason he did what he did...I don't want her to think that its her fault that he is in jail....what do I do, what do I say? If you are going to do the name calling and such, please go elsewhere, this is my child that is at stake, not me....serious answers only.

then why isn't he open to negotiations or conferences with Ahmadinejad? I think Bush could do more in terms of diplomacy...but he is closing the doors of diplomacy.

Torture in Iraq is worse now than it was under the regime of Saddam Hussein and "is totally out of hand", according to a United Nations investigator.

"The situation is so bad many people say it is worse than it has been in the times of Saddam Hussein," said Manfred Nowak, a UN special investigator on torture, at a press conference in Geneva.

Thank you America. We hope to see your President in court for violating and humiliating humans in Iraq, as well as not doing a god damn thing about it.

Divide and conquer. There are quite a few who have been convinced that this country is broken down into two black and white categories, left and white, lib and con. I see these questions ALL day....libs blaming cons, cons blaming libs and both sides using strawman arguments to spread lies about the opposing side. And I am tired of it. Is there anyone else who agrees with me and who may have an idea how to get both sides to see that they are only hurting themselves?

The first amendment guarantees the freedom of assembly or to protest on the streets peacefully when you are displeased with something. Many people say Undocumented workers have no rights in this country. But so far millions of undocumented workers have been taking advantage of the first amendment.

How many anti-immigration people have actually marched on the street taking advantage of this constitutional right? Does this make Undocumented workers in a sense more "American" than actual citizens?
