The first amendment guarantees the freedom of assembly or to protest on the streets peacefully when you are displeased with something. Many people say Undocumented workers have no rights in this country. But so far millions of undocumented workers have been taking advantage of the first amendment.

How many anti-immigration people have actually marched on the street taking advantage of this constitutional right? Does this make Undocumented workers in a sense more "American" than actual citizens?

If it was "illegal" to practice rights guaranteed in the first amendment then all of the undocumented workers would have been arrested on May 1st. But they weren't were they? I noticed that nearly no ANTI-IMMIGRANT protestors took advantage of this right.

They're obviouly too lazy and don't care enough about their country's security to protest against these supposedly "dangerous" undocumented workers.

~hayesfam:
Do you consider the first wave of American settlers as "freaks of nature"? They did after all come to this country "illegally" with no visas, and murdered, raped and stole from the Native Americans.

Your arguments are ignorant and racist. I used to think that ALL of the people in this country were above attacking and discriminating a group of people based on race or beliefs. I was obvioulsy wrong about that.

You'll notice that the ILLEGALS (at least for the most part) were "allowed" to assemble and were "allowed" to do their thing.
Just like they were "allowed" to do their thing then they broke the laws of the USA and came across the border the way they have.
It is not only the illegals fault, it is our own for being so permissive.
We are a permissive country up to a point. We allow people to "live and let live". Problem is that in allowing the illegals to come into this country in the vast numbers we have, the illegals are not allowing us to live in the same manner as before they came. Their influx has ruined many good things in this country in a relatively short time.
This CANNOT be allowed any further.
So Democracy is permissive and somewhat flexible up to a point but then it breaks and the intrusion by so many illegals to date cannot be allowed any further ...before it kills the goose that laid the golden egg.
Americans have and will even more demonstrate against illegal immigration. To wit: The Minute Man marches, many Americans counter protested the Day without a Mexican march at the time of that march. (Then there was the American Flag abuse, the violence by masked Latino men against MinuteMan marchers (many of whom were women) ...so much for being legal, law abiding types of folks. Many are simply criminals and know only illegal acts to meet their ends and means.)
Also, I take exception with your use of the term undocumented. The vast majority of "undocumented" as you call them, "are documented"; with forged or illegal documents (90+%) by US Gov. records showing this. Many stolen SS# from American citizens.
I won't argue the point further except to say, that any person that gets away with one illegal act, will try for two and then three and so on. We will and are stopping the many illegals who think they can come to the USA on a foundation of illegality and get away with it. We will NOT ALLOW that any more.
The Party is over for the Illegals.

The Only Part Of Your Question That Makes ANY SENSE
Is The Phrase
"Undocumented workers have no rights in this country"

This Is The Only Part I Will Address

ILLEGAL ALIENS Are Not Afforded Protections
Under The US Constitution OR The Bill Of Rights

The Rights Of Free Speech And Assembly To Protest
Are Rights Reserved For CITIZENS Of The USA

millions of undocumented workers
have been (ILLEGALLY) taking advantage of the first amendment.

Just Imagine
If ILLEGAL ALIENS Were Granted Constitutional Rights

2nd Amendment Anyone ??
Remember That One ??

The right of the people to keep and bear arms ??

Thats What I Meant By OUT OF CONTEXT

You CANNOT Pick And Choose PARTS Of The Constitution

here are your own words: "The first amendment guarantees the freedom of assembly or to protest on the streets peacefully when you are displeased with something. Many people say Undocumented workers have no rights in this country. But (so far millions of undocumented workers have been taking advantage) of the first amendment."

Do you see the portion that is in parenthesis? That is the problem, MILLIONS OF UNDOCUMENTED WORKERS HAVE BEEN TAKING ADVANTAGE!!!

Once again, the Constitution and all the laws of the United States are for Citizens of the United States.

Undocumented workers are here against the immigration laws of this country. Just as convicted criminals (US CITIZENS) in prison lose many of their rights and priveleges, these people are breaking the law and do not have any rights at all.

Comparision - In my house, I have the right to discipline my children. You do not have the right to come into my house and discipline my children. If you do so you are breaking the law. Same ideal - in my country I have certain rights and privileges. If you legally enter my country, you may have access to citizenship here, which avails you the rights and privileges I enjoy. If you illegally enter my country, you are a criminal who has no rights, except the right to be punished for your crime.

Oh, yes, and I am not anti immigration. I am pro legal.

Be careful how you word this. These people are law breakers. I for one would love to see them beaten and run out of town. Why? Because our law enforcement on no level will deal with the problem. They mock our laws, they use up our social programs. (Yet another emergency room has closed in L.A. due to these freaks of nature using them for everyday care. And they do not pay their emergency room bills!) More American than Americans? Did you know that we Americans can be held to answer for crimes that these jerks are not? They protest and beat Americans citizens. What do you think would happen if we did this to them? They get caught in the commission of a crime and they let out on bail, then they go home. They then come back a while later with a new identity and get away with it again!
More American? No they just have more leeway with our laws. And it has got to stop! Many Americans have protested against these law breakers! Each time they march we are there. But the news media rarely covers this and when they do, they will usually slant it in law breakers favor.

The US Constitution is for citizens of the USA, it was not created by or for everybody on the planet. If someone wants to have the protections & rights offered by said Constitution, then they need to go through the appropriate steps to become a citizen.

I would march on the street to take advantage of my Constitutional right to protest against illigal aliens trying to take things that don't belong to them, but those protests mysteriously seem to always happen during the time that most law-abiding citizens like myself are at work.

Funny how that works, eh?

No, it just made the government's job a lot easier to see which ones they need to deport, too bad the government didn't take advantage of it. I would have rounded all of them up and shipped them out that day. They have no rights except the ones given in international law, and the right to get the ***** out of my country.

They are right. They have no rights under the United States Constitution. That is for United States citizens. They are visitors in our country and need to follow our laws. If they don't like our laws they are free to leave. They can not complain and they need to shut up or leave.

This is OUR country. Not theirs. If they want to protest, let them go to their country. Oh, I forgot, they can't protest their government, they will get put in jail. Imagine that.

What component to unlawful do no longer you get? So then do all of us destroy the regulation in some way and nonetheless get away with it? can we pass into Mexico and take their jobs "illegally?" you're able to to envision that out. especially particular you will finally end up of their penal complex. no longer a sturdy place to be! that is no longer purely the jobs. that is they get loose each and every thing. Healthcare, nutrition stamps, welfare exams. And sure, they DO take jobs away. OUR usa is in dire straights suitable now, and there are a number of criminal immigrants here to do the paintings! They went via each and all the criminal ideas to grow to be individuals. Why could others get to have the comparable advantages as people who would do issues LEGALLY? Why could criminal electorate be punished by way of fact others do no longer care adequate approximately this usa to make the attempt to grow to be electorate? besides all of this, you libs like to pc each and every thing, do no longer you? changing the be conscious "unlawful" to "undocumented" would not substitute a ingredient! i will provide you a pair of words.........BS! you're a typical liberal sassy mocking brat.

Undocumented workers are breaking American laws by being here - the issue is should we just round them up or not is the real question. They should be deported.
