We don't do that anymore. This is 2006 not 1966!

Two words - Patriot Act.

This disgusting "act' has people who love their country enough to protest the government scared to do so for fear of serious reprisals. Jail time, charges of treason... It used to be that you could protest and be heard; protest did a great deal of good here. Now, if you speak out in any way, you run the risk of being called a traitor, committing treasonous acts, and having nasty things happening to you. It still amazes me that loving your country and protesting for change can make you "anti-American". To me, protest is the ultimate expression of Americanism. We are granted freedom of speech, but the Patriot Act is doing all it can to stifle that freedom. Be thankful you have nothing like this in the UK.

Will never happen. Most Americans are too apathetic. It's easier to scream and shout on Yahoo Answers.

So sorry most of Britian has turned into mollies. A load of spineless little jellyfish who are letting the 3rd worlders flood in and ruin their country. Know what, you deserve the hell that is coming for you.

Interesting.

It may happen, but I think it will take another year to three.
