This man is big enough to say that His Holiness, Pope Benedict has been misunderstood.

Is he such a monster or are we been misled on another propaganda campaign.

I didn't see Reagan or Bush tearing down the wall.

I saw brave Germans dismantling the wall!!

The communist system failed, not because of any President! It failed because it was a godless, corrupt, failed system. And it's time was over.

Reagan had nothing to do with it. Why praise him?

You forget his job is to serve us not us serve him. And are you saying that no matter what he does we should support him? That doesn't sound like freedom to me.......

Please read this article on Yahoo news this morning:

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060922/ap_on_he_me/tuberculosis_risk

Reading this article, it says that this man ran out of money in Cambodia and couldn't afford any more of his TB treatment. Hmmm, but he can afford to take a holiday to visit his family in the US? Is it just my suspicious mind or do others think maybe this was a purposeful plan for him to come to the US and get his TB treatment paid for by the taxpayers of the US?

This is a great solution. We have a form of government that's not serving the public off fighting the rich man's war. wouldn't our soldiers be doing a higher priority service protecting us from our own Government at home?Lets put them in jail til we organize a new court system!

Question: Who are war mongers?

Details. We entered:

WWI with Wilson, a Democrat, in the White House.
WWII with FDR, a Democrat.
Korea with Truman, a Democrat and only President to order the vaporization of 2 cities of civilians.
Viet Nam with Kenndey/Johnson, Democrats, and Kennedy orders the sanctions against Cuba that are still in place today, though that gets laid at Republican feet too.
Kosovo with Clinton and the 1st WTC attack.

With Carter, a Democrat, US hostages were held for 444 days by Iran and the "incident" with USS Pueblo.

Reagan, Republican "war monger" was sworn in and 48 hrs. later the hostages were on their way home from Iran and Berlin wall falls without a shot fired (big stick works).

Nixon, conservative crook (really) ended the Viet Nam war and began normalized relations with China.

Bush 41, a Republican took us to a war, that was over in 9 days.

I always see Dems telling Reps to look at the facts. OK, there are the facts.

Dems answers?

I mean i can Earthgoogle my house and recognize it and my car sitting outside in the drive way, wouldn't you think that a so called security "surveillance" mounted a few feet away or above a suspect let's say, in a store or bank robbery or something, be advanced enough to produce a "kodak" clear picture?...I've never seen one on television, at least, that would ever help me recognize anybody, Is the problem that i AM seeing it on television? i'm really confused about the effectiveness and seemingly lack of technology in these cameras...

So far, I've seen nothing to eliminate the possibility that Bush is on the same course as Hitler. And I've seen far too many analogies to dismiss the possibility. The propaganda. The lies. The rhetoric. The nationalism. The flag waving. The pretext of 'preventive war'. The flaunting of international law and international standards of justice. The threats against protesters. The invasion of a non-threatening sovereign nation. The occupation of a hostile country. The promises of prosperity and security. The spying on ordinary citizens. The arrogant triumphant pride in military conquest. The establishment of 'Homeland Security'. The dehumanization of 'foreigners'. The total lack of interest in the victims of government policy. The growing prosperity from military ventures. Closed extralegal internment camps. The militarization of domestic police. Media blackout of non-approved issues. blacklisting of protesters - including the no-fly lists and photographing dissenters at rallies...

Projects a $61.5 Billion a Year Local Price Tag by 2010
Washington, D.C.—If an illegal alien amnesty and guest worker program similar to the one being contemplated by the United States Senate and supported by President Bush were enacted, the cost burden to state and local governments would be staggering, projects an analysis by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR). FAIR estimates that state and local costs associated with illegal immigration for public education, health care and incarceration, now about $36 billion a year, would balloon to $61.5 billion by 2010 a 70 percent increase and increase to $106.3 billion by 2020.

As a result of an amnesty and a vastly expanded guest worker program, millions of current illegal aliens would gain legal access to government programs and services. Moreover, newly legalized aliens would be allowed to bring their dependents to this country, adding to the burdens on schools and public health care.

I haven't been here long but long enough to notice that a lot of questions are not really questions. They ask their questions in a way that shows they are trying to get people to agree with them. This is on both sides.
