Huh? Dumb question.
You are assuming, in the most blindingly ignorant way possible, that if Bush wasn't president, the world would be all sweetness and light. It never was and never will be.
But, I assume that a Democrat, using the Carter / Clinton model (based on their heroic actions of stern lectures and biting lips to help the peoples of Afghanistan, Iraq, Rwanda, Haiti, Somalia, Darfur, etc) would not get into a war with Iran, even after they initiate a nuclear exchange with Israel, Iraq and Europe.
Perhaps they'll borrow the "Can't we all just get along" speech from "Mars Attacks!" and have just as much success.
Please note - regardless of who controls Congress or who is president, Iran will be working on getting nuclear weapons and seems to be intent on threatening other countries with their use, if not actually going ahead and trying to take on Israel. Regardless of which party is in control, Iran will still think of the US as the great satan.
And regardless of who is president, when Iran starts attacking others, we will have no choice but to oppose them.

Obviously, you are a Bush Basher. There is no such plan. And how long have you been beating your mother? It is the same type question. Planting suggestions as you did does not make facts. Your views make me more supportive of Bush, not less. I don't want to be associated with your misleading tactics.
By the way, since you are in to conspiracy theories, did you hear that it was Clinton that planned the 9/11 attack?? He was pissed that Gore lost the election. OPEN YOUR EYES!

I have to assume you are either a misled fool who believes the drivel put out by those pols who would have us believe that Pres. Bush is an evil being sent by satan and that we should surrender to the islamic extremists and pull out of Iraq immediately, or that you are an Islamic extremist who believes Iran should have atomic weapons to stave off the evil infidels of the west.
If you are the first, get mental health help soon.
If you are the second, go home to Iran, but be sure to vote for your Democratic candidate in November first.

this video gives a good look at what is going on in the middle east ...iran is definitely part of the plan imo . "when" it will be attacked or if it will even come to a military action who knows ... they definitely dont want them to get a bomb because that would change everything and be a major problem... watch the vid if you got the time ... its very credible ...
