I spent 3 years in Vietnam, 1967 until 1970. In "68" I was shot twice in the chest, and surrvived by the grace of God, Only to be held captive by the V.C. until the end of "68"(8 months captive) Then I was liberated by the same Special Forces Unit I served with, the Mighty 7th. Unthinkable attrocoties were inflicted on me during that time, Nails ripped out, (fingers and toes) teeth pulled out, (all of them) and my wounds ripped open on a regular basis. The other things are too-graphic to mention here on this web-site. All that being said, where is all the "Forgivness" in peoples hearts now-days? I dont run around and shoot every Vietnamese person I see. In fact, I have no animosity towards them whatsoever! It was WAR, and all of the Vietnamese did not torture me. Just as sure as ALL muslims were not flying those aircraft on 9/11! Have a heart my brothers and sisters, forgive, but never forget. target the ones who have earned your hatred, not the innocent. God Bless you all. God Bless America, And Our Troops! 1st. Sgt., 7th Special Forces, (Ret.) Vietnam, "67"-"70"

on armed robbery in Washington State? I need to know as soon as possible. I know of an armed robbery that happened like 6 or 7 years ago and want to know if it's too late to say something about it. There is also something for breaking an entering and theft in the same state. Please help? I have checked everywhere I can think of and I can not come up with the info that I need. I need to know for sure before I call the police because this person will literally kill me. I need to know for sure if they will arrest him and put him away for awhile. Thank You!

Many people keep asserting that Bush did not do anything wrong with his warrantless wiretapping program. Make your case. Explain using references to existing laws, cases, or legal theories why his admitted violations of FISA are legally justified.

Here are at least some of the relevant laws in question:

[50 USC 180x] http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/casecode/uscodes/50/chapters/36/subchapters/i/toc.html
[18 USC 2511] http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/casecode/uscodes/18/parts/i/chapters/119/toc.html

Make the case that he is not guilty. Not just by baldly asserting that as a conclusion. Make the legal case for the defense, and back up your arguments. Either disprove one of the required elements of the statute, or assert and prove an affirmative justification that is recognized by the law.

If so many people are convinced his actions are legal, read the laws yourself and make your case to prove your assertion.

Fascist liberals want to coddle the terrorists- but pres Bush knows we should have the ability to torture terrorists as a way to extract information. The ability to torture is a must to fight terrorism. Torture will in the end protect freedom. I favor the use of torture- Do you think the US should or shouldnt use torture on the terrorists?

If AMWAY is a legitimate business why don't i see their products anywhere? Nowhere at all! Dick DeVos is running for governor of our state (I am not for the opposing side). Why should i vote something into office that has absolutely NO economic base to offer? I don't see AMWAY products on store shelves, i do not see them advertized.

Town elders, who act as judges in local criminal matters, are invariably men. In one village in Guerrero state, elders were recently asked how they punished rape. The six men looked confused, as if they did not know what the term meant. When it was explained to them, they all laughed and said it sounded more like a courting ritual than a crime.

When they stopped laughing, they said a rapist would probably get a few hours in the local jail, or he might have to pay the victim's family a $10 or $20 fine, but that all would be forgotten if he and the victim married.

In the case of a cattle thief, they said, he would be jailed. And, unlike the rapist, a cattle thief would be brought before the elders for a lecture about the severity of the crime.
