Anyone who pays taxes already pays for their children to go to school. It is required that children under age 18 to be enrolled either in public, private, or home school. I understand and agree that some people don't want their children to be taught religion in schools yet at the same time I understand why others want God in all aspects of their life, yet as it stands now those who want God in all aspects in their life have to either pay to home school or send their children to private schools on top of already paying for the public schools via taxes. I understand there is talk about the federal money given to schools could go where the child goes. Also there are disctricts with different types of schools, ie. arts, science, and others who not only teach the ABC's but certain other disciplines. Why can't we also provide to the public schools system schools that teach religion as well. Money would follow each child and parent's still get what they want without imposing their views

I think we should. We're either with them or against them. These two spoiled trollops are busy partying instead of killing those who "hate freedom", so, what other conclusion could one possibly draw?

is "support their troops... until they get out of the military" their motto?

is it just that they have no one in their party that understands the horrors of war anymore, so if anyone brings up the horrors of war, they just get dismissed as a "pansy liberal"?

Is this just another circumstance where they are quick to form opinions on subjects they don't know much about?

I am on a committee to help organize the Colorado National Guard's 2007 Military Ball. This is a very formal event to which tickets must be purchased. The theme, so to speak, is a hail and farewell to our outgoing TAG and Governor. We are expecting an attendance of 800-1000 people, including high ranking military and government officials from Washington DC. Proceeds from the ball will be donated to charity.
A few of us on the committee want to put extra effort into making this ball fun for lower enlisted Soldiers, who have tended not to come to these sorts of events in the past, although they are very much wanted. So far we have decided to get a seperate room from the ballroom where a DJ can play modern dance music and we are hoping to sell tickets to E-5s and below at a quarter of the officers price. The ball is set for late March and we are brainstorming more ideas to make this an event for the lower enlisted. Please tell me what you think will make this more fun for the enlisted.

Okay. I am sick. I have a severe cold, sinus pressure and larengitus. I went into wal-mart here in NE Ohio to purchase some medicine. I had to show an Id and sign a waiver! All I wanted was to get my medicine and get out! Who is this law stopping from doing whatever they are doing? You idiot poloticians have no concept of reality! How illegal is pot? Can you buy it in a nursery if you show an ID? How common is it? Get the point I am trying to make about this damn cold medicine you dumbasses? Why not make the punishment for making the drugs these meds are used to make more severe so that people will not see it worth the risk of doing instead of being a pain in the rest of the populations a$$ who are sick and just want the damn medicine so they can go home!?!?! Can anyone provide any valid points that would make this "Show id, sign waiver before buying cold medicine" policy make sense? Or is some buttmuncher just making this country one step closer to a socialist sate???

There was intense media coverage of the 5th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. It's *always* helpful to look back, but I view myself as more forward looking...so let me ask this question...what will the world be like in September 2011? What will the security situation be? How many freedoms will have been slowly taken away from citizens in search of unattainable absolute security? Will the conflict in Iraq be over? What do you see?

not considered a Weapon of Mass Destruction (WMD)? Last time I checked my physics manual, radiation did not discriminate between enemy combatants and innocent children. It just sort of irradiates everyone. Which is, of course, the very definition of Weapons of Mass Destruction.

The answer, obviously, is that OUR weapons of mass destruction are not weapons of mass destruction. But THEIR weapons of mass destruction, which we sold them in the first place, ARE weapons of mass destruction. Why? 'Cuz we said so. If the logic is difficult to follow, don't worry. Nobody else can figure it out, either.

A friend sent me this question today. Any Comments?

I would like to become class representitive. There is a boy running against me who won last year and did a bad job. Most of the girls are voting for me, but all the boys want to vote for last year's CR. What should I do to win them over?

(I'm considering convincing another boy to run, but what else could I do? He's really determined. Thanks for answering!)

tax cuts not only benefitted the wealthy they've created a massive debt for generations to come, .......no attacks on US soil proves nothing. try to tell me homeland security is anything but a joke....terrorists seem to be killing plenty of civilians and troops in iraq...the fact it isnt US soil speaks of the convenience with which bush has made americans available for daily target practice.

then theres the "he's our president so i support him" crowd.
and those are the ones im addressing, because clearly you are unable to think of a reason.
