Great question. I would never under estimate Ann Coulter for one minute. I'm sure Hillary Rotten would walk into this one smug and over confident. The only problem for Hillary is that she has been blowing smoke up everyones butts for so long, she doesn't know what the truth is or at the least will never tell the truth. Ann, like it or not tells it like it is!! Hillary has no credibility anyway so I'll say Ann Coulter by a touchdown.

You'd be surprised how close their positions may be.
They are both tough personalities who really don't give a rat's azz what people think of them and behind closed doors tell people like it is.
Hilary is sticking by her support of the war, as is Ms. Coulter. On this issue, the biggest issue, they are on the same page. It drives book sales for Ms. Coulter, who doesn't have the personal sense of responsibility, yet, for taking her message to government and running for office (i.e., better to make money off your words, than to try and make policy from them). It drives Democratic voters away from Hilary, but could also drive moderate votes towards her, because on the Iraq front, her position is going to be the same as any GOP candidate running for President. Problem is, Hilary is a social liberal, and we can't afford any more debt to prop up our social programs (We're too busy running up war debt to keep gas under $5/gallon).
I don't think this debate would be interesting. Neither one has a camera presence, Coulter is always too busy whipping her hair around and looking to the side (for what I don't know) and 90% of the audience would start snoring 5 seconds into Hilary's first sentence. She's an automaton.
Oh well, that's my 2 pennies.

Hillary, would never agree to a debate with Ann. The reason being, Ann, is way above Hillary when it comes to the cognizant ways of the world

Ann Coulter, because she's right. And people like listening to her voice, rather than hillary's. I mean, come on. Who wants to listen to that for the next 4 years?

I think the debate would end in a lot of hair pulling and both women would end up bald.

That's easy to answer, Hilary would win by a land slide, why? She's more informed and a political genius. Ann is already an @$$
