Pope Benedict XVI is a very accessible man, and has made his e-mail address publicly known from the first day of his pontificate, so it is not a secret. Here is the e-mail address for people writing in English (different language groups have different addresses, since this helps to sort the e-mail): benedictxvi@vatican.va
I hope this helps.

A few years back, when I was teaching 5th grade in Catholic school, we wrote letters to several people, including the Canadian Prime Minister at the time and the Pope. The Canadian Prime Minister was having political difficulties at the time, yet he sent a great letter and a package with official markings back for the kids. It really interested them in Canada and the political processes that were occurring at the time. The letter to the Pope never left the U.S. and ended up at the Papal Embassy in Washington. His Ambassador or some no-name guy wrote back. Everyone was disappointed. If Catholic school kids couldn't get a letter to John Paul II who supposedly loved students, I doubt that even if there is an email the Pope, especially THIS Pope will ever even know it exists. Regardless, he doesn't really care what you, or very many other people, think.

Pope Benedict XVI's email is not publicly available, as you might imagine how many millions of emails he would receive each month.
Guy Stair-Sainty runs the website. Contact him, and he can help you direct your message to the appropriate channels.
Perhaps you may be able to get a Papal Secretary's email from Guy, but he is more likely to blind forward it to the appropriate person.
