Two years ago, I found out my son had a lead level of 47 from the paint chips in our apartment. I hired a lawyer 2 weeks later but , she just told me today they found out that the landlord has no insurance and that they will not continue the case even though the landlord knew before we moved in about the lead and failed to tell us. What should I do?

I know this sounds like a stupid question, but I was just wondering if anyone would really get what I meant! I've talked to soldiers who have fought for it and they say it tastes different than what people who haven't fought for it say.

Isn't it better for me to give my sweet love to a gringo. That way I won't get beat. I also could use birth control so I won't have 20 little chicanos running amuck. Should I marry a big gringo man? I really want to but papi won't approve

Looks like the god of the sea(Neptune?), walking in water with a trident in his hand carrying a child on his back. Looks like water splashing around the edges. On the back, it has the USN stamped on it with an anchor and chain in the background. At the bottom, it is stamped Creed Sterling. What am I?

i know every one says theyre evil but what is really wrong with dictators to me it seems like its better for the economy(better than bush anyways). it seems to me that democracy is a hoax i mean think about it when you live in a country where they say your voice is heard and your vote counts, sure, the entire thing is based on electoral votes, so if you live in a republican state thats gonna be who the electoral votes go to and same with democrats. not much sense in voting is there. if you ask me a dictator ship would be the best thing for this country since the revolution. now im not trying to make all of you commies or any thing i just want all of you to open your eyes and ask why these people have wanted dictatorships. if you think that my eyes need to be opened up to the bigger picture then go ahead and open them. i want to know why we dont want communism in this world but to tell the truth i think it would make it a better place.

As I have considered different Armed Forces, I have heard a lot of trash talk about Navy ships. "It's no fun being cooped up in a metal box all day", I'm told. But then there are some people who say they loved the Navy, but they never explain why. Please explain what the best thing about being in the Navy is, and make it exlusive to the Navy and not to other branches. (So don't mention college money)

really hard on the windows? And then when my neighbors came out, wondering why she was being so loud, she told them i was a liar and she was a paper server. I don't know why she told my neighbor I was a liar, I've only seen her once and that was the day before yesterday, she had a court paper for a person with a name other than mine. I refused the papers because the name on the paper was not mine. How does that make me a liar?

I live in a very conservative island in California. The locals are mostly religious nuts and actually think Armeggedon(sp) is a good thing.
Our politicians are for the most part New World Order Right Column types and don't listen to the individuals.
Is there a petition or something we can start to remove this pinhead before the U.N. starts placing sanctions against the U.S.?

i thought this was interesting. also there was a documentary on the history channel where osama bin laden was quoted as saying something like "you(americans, etc.)want to live we(terrorist)want to die"
anyway i'm not saying all believers of islam are terrorist, but all terrorist claim to muslim. i do realize with any belief there are always extremist.
now i have a question for you, or anyone who always opposes. instead of critizing, bad mouthing, judging and shutting down others what is your solution? what is your idea, how do we fix this, what steps do we take?
> Allah or Jesus?
> By Rick Mathes
>> Last month I attended my annual training session that's required for> maintaining my state prison security clearance. During the training session there was a presentation by three speakers
> representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faiths, who explained each of their beliefs.
I was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imam had to say. The Imam gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam complete with a video. After the presentations, time was provided for questions and
> answers. When it was my turn, I directed my question to the Imam and asked: “Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the infidels of the world. And, that by killing an infidel, which is a command to all Muslims, they are assured of a place in Heaven. If that's the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel?" There was no disagreement with my statements and without hesitation, he replied, "Non-believers! “I responded, "So, let me make sure I have this straight. All followers of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is not of your faith so they can go to Heaven. Is that correct?” The _expression on his face changed from one of authority and command to that of a little boy who had just been caught with his hand in the cookie jar.
He sheepishly replied, "Yes". I then stated, "Well, Sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine Pope John
> Paul II commanding all Catholics to kill those of your faith, or Dr. Stanley ordering Protestants to do the same in order to go to Heaven!" The Imam was speechless. I continued, "I also have a problem with being your friend when you and your brother clerics are telling your followers to kill me. "Let me ask you a question. Would you rather have your Allah who tells you to kill me in order to go to Heaven, or my Jesus who tells me to love you because I am going to Heaven and He wants you to be with me?" You could have heard a pin drop as the Imam hung his head in shame. Needless to say, the organizers and/or promoters of the "Diversification" training seminar were not happy with Rick's way of dealing with the Islamic
> Imam and exposing the truth about the Muslim beliefs. I think everyone in the U.S. Should be required to read this, but with the liberal justice system, liberal media, and the ACLU, there is no way this will be widely publicized.
This is a true the author, Rick Mathes, is a well-known leader in prison ministry.

If a retail store offers a price matching guarantee on competitors pricing are they obligated to match the price of the same product at one of their other stores? For example, I need to buy product x. The nearest branch to me has the product for $8 but a branch of the same chain in a different county about 50 miles away has it for $5. Does my local branch have to match the price?
