Explosives come in many forms and consistencies and resemble many of the items you just mentioned and can be disguised as such. Are you ignorant or just trying to be humorous? Please tell me you're trying to be funny? Hmmm?

Well, who would have thought they'd use something in their
shoes to set off a bomb in a plane....but they did.....but they
were caught and that's why everyone now has to take off their
shoes at the electronic security station. Actually, the terrorists
would rather the Democrats just agree with them whatever
they say or do, and that causes more conflict in America than
chapstick, hair gel, conditioner and silly stuff like that. When the
Republican said that one would wonder if the Democrats (like
Harry Reed) aren't opposing legislature soas to help the enemy,
every Republican in the House Chambers should have stood up
and cheered, as that is exactly what is happening.
