really hard on the windows? And then when my neighbors came out, wondering why she was being so loud, she told them i was a liar and she was a paper server. I don't know why she told my neighbor I was a liar, I've only seen her once and that was the day before yesterday, she had a court paper for a person with a name other than mine. I refused the papers because the name on the paper was not mine. How does that make me a liar?

If you already informed her that you are not the person she is trying to serve, and the person she is trying to serve doesn't live at your residence, then call the Police. If it is you, but with a misspelled name, maiden name, etc, then take the papers and get it over with. She has a right to make every effort to contact you, but she doesn't have the right to continue to do so if she is attempting to serve the wrong person.
If you call the Police, make sure you open the door and speak to them. Show them your ID to prove the papers aren't yours, and ask that she be given a trespass warning. Then if she returns after they leave, she can be arrested.

That sounds extreme and inappropriate for the process server to be so aggressive. In the event someone is outside doing that, you certainly have the right to call the police and with the police there you could explain you are not the person named in the papers, yet this process server continues to harrass you. The police will likely tell the person to leave.

If you were home and not comming to the door, you were pretending to not be home ( lying)

But there is nothing illegal with making yourself known, I know many servers who lie and trick, dress up in pizza outfits even with the lights on the car.

Or they dress like a plumber or some untility worker.

In serving paper almsot anything goes

Process servers are subject to state regulations, so you need to specify where you live in order to get a better answer. If someone was on your property without permission and refused to leave, they were trespassing and you should have called the police.

Call the police if someone is pounding on your windows, regardless of what your name is.

it took you two hours and yet you didn't think to call the police. You could have told the police she was trespassing , and that she was looking for someone else.
