I am deeply grieved that conditions in the US are so bad that they are considering the equivalent of the Berlin Wall to keep their people in. I had the pleasure to volunteer at a cultural event this summer and play host to a tour group from Wisconsin. Nice people. I never suspected that they came to claim refugee status. Too bad they were law abiding middle class folks. They are probably still politely waiting in line to do everything legally. If only they had claimed to be student pilots from Syria, Iran or Afghanistan...
On the other hand, maybe it's just another pork barrel scheme to enrich some legislator's half wit brother in law with a fencing contract.

I don't think you need a fence to keep Americans out of Canada. The country does a fine job of repelling us all by itself. What is there to see in Canada besides Niagra Falls and a bunch of people who wish they could be Americans anyway?

Canada's immigration problem in some ways is even worse than the US problem. However the threat is not from the US unless Mexican immigration takes a leap north.

You guys wouldn't do that. Hate us though you might, we're like beer and toilet paper - you just keep coming back for more of us. Don't try to kid yourself Canada. Oh yeah, by the way, close that refrigerator door because it keeps leaking down here.
