When he was only in office for 8 months? Obviously an attack of that magnitude took longer than 8 months to plan and prepare for. I don't understand this

First America saves Europe from the Nazis and the rest of the world from the Japanese, then we turn around and rebuild everything for them. Big mistake! How much better would the world be today if America, the only nation with the A-bomb back then, had just told everybody that from here on out things would be done our way? Period!

My friend is german and got married to an american-she have her green card now for one year.They are married now for 3 years allready.Her hussband is in the Army,he abbused her and she told the Army about it-he got even more mad and told her he take the green card from her away.So she called the german konsulat in the states and they told her that she have no chance to keep her green card when her husband wants to divorce her and they told her it would be better when she go back to germany.Her and her hussband got a child together who was born in germany.They live now in TX for one year.About the Abuse the Army don't wanna do anything against him anymore-he is a realy good Soldier and they don't see any problems.She also got x-rays from the hospital and she also reported him at the MP's.All this don't help her.Now she sit there and have no money to live and she don't have the money to move to me to PA.Who can help it's realy important to find out something positive as soon as possible!

The word makes it sound as if people are actually afraid of a bunch of gullible idiots strapping bombs to themselves and blowing themselves up..They are getting part of what they want when they think people are afraid of them. I think they should learn to fear us instead of us fearing them!!!

I see all these people posting that such and such website debunks theories about another such and such website. People don't seem to get that the "debunking" website just might be as biased in the other direction as the first website. Why believe one over the other? Just because it supports what you already believe?

I think what we need to do is look at both sides, weigh the arguments, and make our own conclusions. If you honestly have looked at both sides objectively and have concluded that the offical 9/11 commission report does tell what really happened, I applaud you for at least looking at both sides. But if someone hasn't ever considered the other side and have only looked at opposing facts with the mentality that it is wrong before even reading it, I can't really respect what he/she has to say.

I can completely understand people not thinking our government was behind it all, but to not concede that some things look fishy reeks of ignorant blissfullness.

Many months ago, my cat was really sick so I took him to the vet. The check I wrote for the bill bounced and I have not had the money to pay for it. So now, I have a court date tomorrow. It says that check deception is a criminal offense. What is going to happen? I am so scared. Are they goning to take into consideration that I have never done anything wrong and that I just haven't had the money to pay the check off? I am a single mother putting myself through college. Things are extremely tight. If you have any advice, please help me. I have been throwing up all morning because I am so freaked out.

the right thing to do is go back and start all over right? I mean, sure you have to take you kids with you and go to the back of the line, but if you want to be in this country bady, I think its worth the sacrifice. That would definitely show the US citizens that want to be here instead of pissing them off marching with flags form your home country.

We both agreed to a percentage rate verbally in the begining, I helped secure a athelic a contract for 1 year with a big sports Organisation, and 1 year negotiation period leading to another contract. The athelic has competed 3 times this year, and has paid me 3 times for my services. He has still 2 more events for this year to compete in.

Since the last payment we had a disagreement about how I should still be paid the percentage agreed on. I dont have a signed contract as this persons manager, but do have e-mail, fax, flight booking evidence that I was a third party who secured this contract for him.

It has come to greed, if anyone can tell me if I have a chance in court, before I go to see a lawyer. Any comments welcomed

I think not. Although (supposedly) Japan knew that they would get attacked, there was no way they could have known that we'd use the (at the time) most powerful bomb. I think it's even less justified by the fact that almost all of the 200,000+ people that died as a result were citizens, not involved in the conflict in any way. If you answer this question, please provide more than just a yes or no.

I watched parts of it... I've heard the different radio programs all morning talk about it... how can he sleep at night knowing he just made a speech on a day of rememberance for 3,000 people that lost their lives on 9/11 that was completely about Iraq and trying (DESPERATELY) to gain support and still trying to instill fear in the american people about terrorists "following us"??? It's embarassing to say he is this country's president... the fact he even got in office is a giant question mark.

"ICE spokeswoman Leticia Zamarripa said that ICE special agents now "routinely, if not daily, check facilities in the areas, including county jails, looking for foreign-born nationals to place immigration detainers on people, even those with traffic tickets. All illegal immigrants will be placed in removal proceedings."

That seems to contradict all sorts of things I've read about ICE refusing to pick up illegals detained, but maybe it is new?

Have you heard of it before?

I think deporting all of the 302,000 Homeland Security estimates will be brought into our local jail and prisons this year, who would not normally be deported, would be a huge step in the right direction.

What do you think?
