Why don't you tell it to the Democrats who are soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan riding in Humvees and on foot patrols and do it to their faces, preferably wearing an Uncle Sam suit in the middle of downtown Baghdad late at night without body armor and unarmed with a sign on your back written in Arabic that says "Allah sucks"? And when you retire you can complain about getting your Social Security check because a Democrat (Roosevelt) came up with the idea? Why is it that it seems like ALL the conservatives on here only insult the opposition instead of offering any new IDEAS? Perhaps you don't have any because you are completely bankrupt of them. I guess I have to agree with Mark Twain here: "It is better to keep one's mouth shut and appear a fool than to open it and remove any doubt." Advance an idea or keep your mouth closed and at least avoid APPEARING to be a fool. BTW: my wife's family was on the WRONG side of the Berlin Wall after WWII and risked their lives to get across it - and you think I support communism if I'm a Democrat? If so, you really ARE a fool.

Socialist? Communist? Give me a break. If you think dems are socialists, how do you explain our current Republicans, who gave us: (1) International nation-building, (2) non-enofrcement of the borders and desires to amnesty illegal aliens, (3) the greatest Medicare expansion in decades (4) No Child Left Behind and the federal government intervention into local issues of education, as a few that come to mind.

They won't win because Ohio voting is rigged. As long as the Republicans have a hold of the voting machine manufacturers' support in Ohio, we are stuck with their leadership. As you know, it's very difficult to win national elections w/o carrying Ohio, but soon I think everyone in the state will get frustrated with the Reps. and no jobs or promise, and LEAVE. Our electoral vote count in Ohio will decrease in time and then it won't matter either way. I don't think Democrats will win anytime soon, though. If you're a Republican, you *know* Dems won't win because of your party's crookedness. Someone needs to run an investigation of Ohio's voting system, but they're probably too afraid.

Instead, they will continue to advocate and implement Communist doctrine, but call it something else that doesn't conjure negative imagery in the minds of voters. Terms such as: Responsible government, Governing with Compassion, Fairness, Regulatory Oversight, et cetera.
It's the use of the NewSpeak tactic as outlined in 1984: control the language to control people's perception and their opinions.
