the right thing to do is go back and start all over right? I mean, sure you have to take you kids with you and go to the back of the line, but if you want to be in this country bady, I think its worth the sacrifice. That would definitely show the US citizens that want to be here instead of pissing them off marching with flags form your home country.

That's about the size of it, but there's a Big Push to call for 'squatters rights' or something like that, basically a mockery of the entire immigration process.

Employers need to unify behind the idea of not hiring people illegally. Sure, we're a nation of immigrants, but this is also the 21st century, and we've got books and books and books of laws that govern this entire mess. Maybe, if people started more companies in their home countries and had a few less kids, they wouldn't find themselves in the situation of dire financial distress that drive a lot of people across the border illegally.

First challenge is you talk with him as a boy quite than a guy. 2d is you do not pick to get married interior the U. S. as all that ought to accomplish might provide immigration evidence useful that he became interior the U. S. illegally. So he gets a ban for years inspite of you being married. Do you have the desire to spend say $20K plus time, attempt and being separated for years? Any way you chop back it it unquestionably relies upon on him leaving the rustic on the get circulate formerly something may be performed. As an upload in it would heavily suck understanding that one and all ought to come crashing down at any 2d if he gets caught. You are right, that is what they need to do. However, the US does not grant illegals green cards or visas. At least in the 6 years Ive been with my illegal husband we have known only one man to get a temporary visa. That is probably how a great deal of people like it...
Consider this true story of some married Friends of ours; he is Mexican she is American. He did go back to Mexico they applied with INS. They complied with EVERY request given to them by the immigration office. He was gone 3 1/2 years waiting for legal permission to live with his wife. He had NO criminal record here or there. They spent nearly $7000.00 in fees to INS. & for her to go back & forth to vist her husband. He was denied residencey, for no reason at all.

This is not a simple issue. Immigration is NOT what people percieve it to be!

you can apply for legal residency while in the US. I think when you tell people that are established here that they need to leave in order to come back in legally then you will not get them to comply.
