This whole war is rife with hypocrisy, I think its is the latest must have accessory for a prominent politician, their very own war. However this war would not have happened if Bush wasnt "voted" into power. Anyway you are right our children are dying for nothing. I am so sorry.

The sad part is I don't believe we can leave now. It will take a long time and could still prove disastrous in the end, but we have to try find a way to make this work. The local leaders and clerics are the only ones that can make this work. We will never "beat the them into submission". We can only (hopefully) "help" those willing to cooperate. Some of the small successes on the ground are from our ground troops making inroads in the local communities as far as communication and co-operation.
And yes, I believe big money was the top reason, of many reasons we went to war.
I notice a lot of people are talking about this book. Do they attack the books they read that back their opinions. Of course they are all based on facts ;-) I only read the books Sean Hannity recommends because I know he would only steer me to the truth. ;-)

If I write a book that says its about stopping space aliens....Would you believe me? What about if I had a website sighting examples? Would you believe me?
So you are Soooo sure that its a big scam because of some ones attempt to sucker you into buying their book or visiting their website.
How much fact checking of your own did you do? None? Or did you go to places that only support the postion and go "See! I knew it!" ? Just took at it face value huh. It makes you feel *smart* like you know better then every one else...Sort of like "Look at me! I'm smarter than you, did you know blah blah blah"...But it goes beyond that doesn't it? You're not only smarter than every one around you BUT you are even smarter then world leaders! Oh my God what an ego stroker that is! I mean you busted them? How did you do it? I mean to accomplish such a feat is unbelievable, you must be a genius!!!!!
Or you just read a book, went to a website and convinced your self its real...Well I say its space aliens, you can't disprove it and its just as credible as the hash your slinging here.

It never has been worth it even to those that are making money off of it. One life for a war based on a lie is to many. 2600 plus Americans, and 10's of thousands of Iraqi have lost their lives many, many more wounded and disabled all because of a lie. George Bush should be facing trial as a war criminal, along with Rumsfeld and the rest of his goons.
