Surely that is terrorism? Is the fact that they are power hungry, oil hungry, fat greedy lieing idiots? Or is it that they're just pure dim and don't realise that they are not the best people in the world and don't have the right or intelligence to decide other peoples fate.

The Patriot Act has several names these days, but it commonly referred to as "The Patriot Act." So any of you neocons who want to bring up a technical argument regarding the name I've used can just put that argument to rest right now.

With that said, is the Patriot Act illegal? Here is the text of the First Amendment of the United States of America's Constitution.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Based on the text of the First Amendment, am I a terrorist for disagreeing with Bush and wanting him impeached, prosecuted and imprisoned for treason?

I always thought that people who believed in all of that government conspiracy mumbo-jumbo were just paranoid, pot smoking hippies, but now I don't know what to believe.
