Its not really necessary. Currency all around the world has the same arabic numerals that we use. even if you don't speak the language of a foreign country, you can still tell how much currency you have. So really there's no need. Printing in spanish would only inflame political tensions, not do anything constructive.

The American money speaks a language that's universal.Every country has its hand out for it,they call us names while the US dollar feeds their children, give them medical care, and food for their tables.the illegal is no different from those countries, and you know there are many illegals that are grateful to have that US dollar that never say a bad word about America, but they cant be heard above the scramming voices of decent by a handful of rabble rousers. You are the ones causing the back lash against the "good ,happy,I'm glad as hell just to be here"illegals.Your loud abrasive manner of demanding will get you nothing but hate and distrust. You are the anti illegals biggest assets. So keep demanding keep telling how you will take over the presidency and change this country into another Mexico. You are helping us more every day with each, anti American demonstration, each time you disrespect our flag..No amnesty

No, not at all. I dont know if you noticed but American currency pretty much looks the same as it did decades ago. Obviously there were some changes to prevent counterfiting, but nonetheless, the reason for the same look is so that our currency appears to be stable (I'm not talking about inflation). Some countries have changed their currency several times (i.e. European countries converting to the Euro). By changing the language, it would defeat the whole purpose of having the same "look".

NO. I do not feel like that we should change our currency. When we visit other countries or if we chose to live in another country we would be expected to either change our money to theirs or accept and convert it ourselves when we make purchases. America is the great melting pot of the world. that doesn't mean that we have to make everything according to them that means that all are welcome to come but all must make the sacra fices necessary to live learn and exhist in one accord. If Mexicans want their money to be Mexican then GO BACK TO MEXICO. We have not changed for Samoans,French Chinese,Japanese, or any other culture or race so what is it that makes Spanish speaking people think that the would owes them Come to America and live ,pay taxes and learn the English language, If you wish to become a citizen great we will help you and we will embrace you and your children just please don/t come here and deplete our funds that have been established for the sick and widowed or orphaned while you work tax free and send all your money back to another country.

Lazy, complacent Americans will not only be using money with Spanish words, there will be Mexican leaders faces on them, we will be flying the Mexican flag, learning Spanish, our health departments will no longer exist, our elderly will get no Medicare, our veterans will not have medical care, there will be welfare only for people who came here illegally and were given amnesty, our towns and roads will be renamed Spanish names and we will be pushing #2 on the phone for English. Now won't that be nice?

That is where we are heading if we stay nice and quiet and don't make waves, don't be loud, don't protest, don't demonstrate, don't stand up for our country's laws, our rights, the right to protection from the INVADERS. This is a war we are fighting, right here on our own soil and Americans are oblivious to it. They want to be nice, 'humane', pity the poor illegal immigrant, give them everything on a silver platter, crap on their own future generations in the meantime.

Americans need to wake up!

NO!! This is America and we speak English. If someone wants to live here they should learn how to speak and read English. If we were to move to another country they wouldn't change their currency to English just because we lived there.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! I have ancestry from Greece France and Germany. They learned, so can everybody else! Nobody thinking straight could possibly expect to make a life in another country without making some serious changes. Language being one of them. To expect otherwise would be completely unrealistic. And if somebody who wants to live in this country is not up to the challenge of speaking English then their heart really is not in it. Do we really want to welcome that attitude?

Absoulely not! English is the official language, and was the language this nation was found upon. If we change it to Spanish, we let those who do not know English think that everything is going to be a convenience to them.
