George Bush, Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld are flying on Air Force One. The President looks at the Vice President, chuckles, and says, "You know, I could throw a $1000 bill out the window right now and make somebody very happy."
The Vice President shrugs and says, "Well, I could throw 10 $100 bills out the window and make 10 people very happy."
Not to be outdone, the Secretary of Defense says, "Of course, then, I could throw 100 $10 bills out the window and make a hundred people happy."
The pilot rolls his eyes and says to his co-pilot, "Such arrogant asses back there. Hell, I could throw the three of them out the window and make 56 million people really happy."

That report was more opinion about holding hands rather than the dealings between them. You want to forgive the murders. I believe questions like these are a sorry excuse for a citizen to post. Not all the facts are on the table.
Your last part.
I do not! I heard most every word of the speeches to Congress and the UN, even this latest report. No one can make you happy.

Bush may be a liar if he believed or had reason to comprehend there have been no longer WMD adequate to be an coming near near danger to the U. S. or to necessary US national hobbies. The others may be cowards in the event that they knew Bush became into mendacity and did no longer stand up to the strain for worry of being painted as susceptible on protection. yet did Congress have the "same intelligence" as Bush, or did they see a glitzy persuasive presentation of cherry picked counsel that offered in basic terms one facet. in case you're a phd you will desire to be able to verify the best judgment of this. Can one particularly think of this effective government shows all of his intelligence to Congress

Let me explain all of this. George Bush was having an affair with Saddam Husein, then Saddam had an affair with Bin Laden, then George Bush got irate and had an affair with Tony Blair, and both sides were very emotional. Then Saddam said he wanted half of America, so George Bush and Tony Blair decided to bomb it. Of course it was all a lie.

Yeah, he lied, just like Clinton did.
Clinton got impeached for lying about a personal matter - he couldnt keep his pants up.
Bush (The TERROR President) has lied about so much more.
With world-wide effect.

Yes he must have lied, there is no way he could make an honest mistake.
And the Senate is above reproach, they could never make a mistake... except for that one time when that stupid idiot dummy Bush outsmarted all of them and tricked them into voting for the Iraq war!
