My plan is to pick up about ten to fifteen day laborers in the back of my pick-up truck from the local Home Depot in Southern San Diego county.

What the day laborers don't know is that I won't be taking them to a job site; I will be driving across the United States/Mexico border, and I will be dropping them off BACK IN MEXICO!

This will be done for the good of America.

Is there anything illegal--and, more importantly, prosecutable--about doing this (other than the riding-without-a-seatbelt thing)? I don't want to hear too much legal theory (although some would be fun); I want to know if any charges could actually stick.

I think that a flat tax system for individuals would be more efficient and fair. All foodstuffs, electricity, gas, and medicines would not be taxed. Massive reductions in the IRS payroll could be applied to national debt. The remaining IRS agents would be assigned to monitor corporate america to ensure compliance with tax laws.

Essentially what I am talking about is a national sales tax on all goods and commodities not listed above (foods, gas, electricity, & medicine). Please explain to me in detail how this would/would not be fair?

Bush wanted to seal the border he would of done it by now? If he really wanted to, he can have it sealed in a matter of a few hrs. Yes theres a few people on the left (ofcourse,like Pat Buchanan) that think otherwise but these people are the ones who represent low income, class, Americans which in reality, they dont make a big difference. Who makes a difference? Lobbyists and big companies etc. etc. So for you usual whining people, they are doing this for your own good. Evertything fro healthcare costs, to increasing the GDP, and the U.S. economy, undocumented immigrants play a big roll. Sorry to tell you this, but true.

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

Illegals are not US citizens, so this should not apply to them. They do not follow our laws, as they are here illegally in the first place, and most are coupled with Federal crimes ie: SSN theft, forgery and Identity theft .

The United Nations International Force for the Israel/Lebanon conflict (UNIFIL) is supposed to be neutral. During the recent war, however, they were posting information about Israeli troop movements, but not Hezbollah. What gives? A tad bit unethical isn't it?
