Why do people get so upset when someone questions the validity of a federal income tax system?

Maybe they work for the IRS or are too stupid to understand the The Fair Tax Book. That is a very good book!!

The biggest objection people have with the fair tax is that it would make taxes just a way to fund the government. With payroll taxes and income taxes they can do so much more. Like social engineering, redistribution of wealth, and punishing acheivement.

Schadenfreude, is the word the Germans use to discribe this human trait. People are willing to make their own lives worse off, if they can by the same act inflict some injury on someone they resent. The income tax is the perfect tool for satisfying this irrational lust for revenge.

I don't get upset about it, I just believe it would put too much of a burden on lower-income persons. If we were going to make that much of a change in the American tax system, lets certainly simplify the tax system, but keep a progressive tax on income. I believe the rich should pay a higher percentage than the poor since the rich are only able to be rich because of the services our government provides. They get so much more benefit from our government.

TO what regard, like when people find themselves getting poorer and sadder as other gain happiness and they wonder, how did they get that but are never shown or given hope, because they can't eat, never learned much due to stupid parents who SHOULD'NT have breeded in the first place because they went by there flesh, not by spirit, or internal seeking eternal companionship, just lustly one nighters that bang some nice girl up and curses her life because she wasn't ready for bringing life and nurturing it to free and intelligent life. Im basically saying, in long fashion, america is going to the poorhouse, and the sharp divide, well they got rich off usery, lies, scandal, and the BIG LIE they sold to the millions of middle class and poor to subjugate you all into this stream of citizen conciousness, Oh, your free if you have cash to pay your way around, and don't take long paying your debts, because you can nix that vacation if your credit is bad. I don't find much about living in a fantasy and looking at uber rich fanatics-i. e sports, game show, heroin addicted rich mothers etc.. enjoyable thank you very much. On that note the economy is a sham upon a lie upon a sham. Sucked dry by *7^7*
