okay, anyone 18 or older with proof of age can now buy the morning after pill otc. but what is stopping 18 and older girls from purchasing it in large quantitities and selling it? did the govt even think of that? apparently not! how stupid can they be? this gives girls the okay to have sex unprotected even more. I think the govt is being just as irresponsible as they are. I am so tired of hearing girls say "it just happend, or I wasn't trying to get preg". WTF is wrong with them? nothing "just happens". everything is a process leading up to action. Your penis did not "accidently get in her vagina did it? you had to get together, go in the room(or wherever), lay down (or stand up for those of you who are gymnastically inclined) take your clothes off, and then do it. thats 3 or 4 chances to do the right thing, and in between all those chances you can't put a condom on? WTF! take responsibility. don't mean to be harsh, just venting and telling like it is!

i do, many of thes men and women have been in the military for years and the bottom line is out of almost a million and half military personnel worldwide only close to 130,000 are in iraq and many of those are not 'boots to the ground'. i think ppl forget sometimes that our military is only here to fight if necessary but they also help rebuild schools, homes, keep peace, help out when natural disasters occur and work very hard and sacrifice much for not a lot in return. i think they deserve our thanks, support and gratitude no matter your opinion of the any administration or its actions. to the men and women of the armed forces i want to thank you....

Well some things will not go away on there own .when are we going to fix the devistation caused by katrina and i am not talking the 9th ward . I am talking about the 300 miles of coast line and communities destroyed by the storm . WHAT or should i say when is something going to be done about this disaster .WE tossed a hand full of dollars at it and to this day major rebuilding and repairs are still under way proceeeding slowly and millions of americans are affected .
WHAT made america great was the way we responded to disastors and today we send a check . thats nice but the people need a plan and the money to rebuild .THIS is only one of many problems we are ignoring in america .
LIKE the amount of people in poverty who work 40 hours a week or energy prices going through the roof .THIS winter will see 10,000 a freeze to death in homes acroos the north .FORGET the homeless who will freeze to death all together and they are not bums but mentaly ill people that need help .WHO cares ?who

all right I understand we went in there to get Sadaam out. mission accomplished. then the plan shifted to set up iraq's own security force. mission accomplished. now they say we're there to mediate between a civil war. is that it? we can't no longer use the excuse that we're fighting terror or defending our mother land since last week's terror plot gone bad in London proved that there's still much terrorist activity going on outside of Iraq.

So which is it? we'd all like to know why our troops are still there. and please don't say they're protecting us.
