The answer is yes and no. They want it but when they see that their own get killed then they do not. To say no one wants war is not true. If that was so then there would be no wars. Leaders of tribes as well as nations often use war. It has been going on since man began and will continue. Fact is that there are less wars now than there were in most of history. The only difference is that every person on this planet can know about it no matter where it is happening almost instantly. Wars are much less deadly now than in the past. I know it is hard to believe when you see all those pictures on the TV. It is a fact. The numbers of US troops killed in Iraq is less than the number of them that would have been killed in accidents in their own nation. I do not believe the war in Iraq should have been either. The UN should have done their job as they mandated before it got that far. There will always be some faction wanting to rule another and fight to do it or defend it. As most things, war changes through time and development and we are seeing a change happening now. It was only about 100 years ago when the horse cal very was still being used. War changes just as everything else does.

I do not believe anyone likes war, but some times it is necessary to use military force. Not everyone who is a "Patriotic Bible-understanding American Christian" wanted to go to war or have to have been there as long as we have, but a majority understand it was and is the right thing to do.

Nobody truly wants war, but sometimes you have to stand up to a threat and destroy it before it destroys you. Now quit playing the blame game.

No, but we don't want to be forced into Islam. If we don't stop the radical Islamic terrorist movement now, we will all be kneeling to Allah!
