If so, is that why the republicans passed the tax cuts that favor the wealthy?
Was this just a ploy to cement power in hands of republicans?
Does this tax legislation reward their friends and punish their enemies?

In fact, in politics, money is everything! And, if you are a politician with political power to wield, you start making money at every encounter with people in need of your help! And, there is no real truth or honesty in politics!

Why do you think the US invaded Iraq? Do you actually believe that Bush wanted to save the Iraqi people from tyranny? If that's the case there are other, even worse off countries we could invade. Its not a coincidence that we invaded the middle east, the richest source of oil in the world.

No, and you're a fool if you fall for that smokescreen.

The fact is that the people who pour money into politics WISH and HOPE that it equals power but soon discover that you can buy a politician but you can't keep him bought - it just isn't possible!
