What is the penalty (sentences) for the following:?

Warrant Degree: Felony
Charge 1: PC RECEIVE STOLEN PROPERTY
Charge 2: PC BURGLARY-SECOND DEGREE
Charge 3: PC ACT CONSTITUTING FORGERY
Charge 4: PC PETTY THEFT
Bail Amount: $20,000.00

This is an ex boyfriend and he has a warrant out for his arrest.
1. Should I report him to the sheriff or to the probation office if I see that he has an arrest warrant for the above charges? I have a restraining order against him. I would like to see him do a long jail time for once.
2. How much time in jail will he receive in California for the above offenses? He has had prior offenses for petty theft, assault, lewd conduct, dui, etc. He always seems to get away with it. I want some severe jail time for this man. Nothing ever happens to him. He has warrants out for his arrest and I want to see justice for once on this man. Any help is appreciated. I found this info on the sheriff's page in orange county, CA and he should be put in jail.

How should the US approach relations with Iran?

A) The US must remember its history with Iran. Pro-West reform efforts - including the 1953 CIA coup that installed the Shah - incited the Islamic Revolution. US-led regime change would once again empower the most backward and hardline elements of radical Islam. The people of Iran must set their own course for freedom. Meanwhile, the US must turn to its EU partners to push for stricter inspections of Iran's nuclear facilities.

B) The US is simply not positioned to stop Iran's seemingly inevitable drive to acquire nuclear weapons. But as it did with the Soviet Union and China before, America can contain and deter Iran's mullahs and their nuclear leverage. Hard-line Islamic rule in Iran is bankrupt and doomed to failure - democratic reformers will eventually seize the day. Patience and pressure, not preemptive war should guide America's approach toward Iran.

Inheritance Tax?

There should be mass protest regarding this terrible tax. I cant afford to get on the property ladder and still live at home with parents and if they die I will have to sell their hse to pay 40% to the gov and probably buy a caravan. Its a disgrace. What can we do???

Why can't we find Bin Laden?

How can a person escape a man-hunt of 10,000's of people, billions of dollars and bountry on his head of millions, esp. when apparently we know he is in the Pakistan/Afganistan mountains. Is the "might" of the American army not enough to go in and search cave by cave, house by house or is there something we are not being told???

Should people who have not entered this country legally "through the proper channels", be allowed to stay?

This is my opinion..If they were to open up the Mexican border, to have a MASSIVE influx of people all at once enter this country without going through a timely process, it would severely bog down many aspects of American lives. Such as doctor's offices, which are already bogged down enough, hospitals. We couldn't modify roads and highways fast enough to accomodate the millions who would enter all at once. Jobs and real salaries where one could support his family would become even more scarce due to cheap labor. It would not be fair to the millions around the world who had, have been and are now trying to become an American citizen by going through the proper channels and most important of all, displaying good character by obeying America's immigration laws right from the start.

Keep drinking the kool-aid? I have noticed that it is usualy right wing conspiracy nuts that say it when they have no other answer or comeback. like as if it is a magical correct response to any question. So what does it really mean?

how long should I stay in US if i hav an immigrant visa?

I have an immigrant visa. Im going to US next month for the 1st time, is there a required duration of stay there? im planning to back here in the philippines after 3 months and go back there after 5 mos. Am I allowed to do that?
