for example, i was working with a person and i discover that he is opening my text files, logged conversations, and mp3s in my computer. the computer can be used by any of us 5 working on that particular office. is there anything that i can file against this particular person? what can he use as his defense?

Forgive my boyish ingorance but isn't secret wirtapping only effective when its well...secret?
I doubt anyone is going to make incriminating calls when they know the government is wiretapping.
Is there any evidence to the contrary?

I mean the expression on his face says "what a genius I am" right? Don't you people agree?? I just LOVE his foreign policy. I just can't get over it. And his “war on terra” is better than when Einstein came up with his theory of relativity. He's a genius. I want to be smart like him. 2 adults over 18 and one 17 year old were in a vehicle that was pulled over after midnight for the sole reason that they appeared to be under age for the town's curfew. (Reason given by Officer) Is it legal for an officer to pull someone over for this suspicion?

I saw a video on Fox News where somebody took Bush speeches and put in a laughter soundtrack from a comedy club underneath, where it looks like he's doing stand-up, but saying all these solemn things and people are laughing hysterically at him. Since we are at war & "saving the people of Iraq", doesn't it make sense for us to get free or cheaper oil, after all we didn't start this war to just to go to war, or did we (a different subject). I think we should get some benefits from it. What do you think? And oh, I think if it pisses off OPEC & the Oil Gods. so be it, were spending our reserves , Blood, lives, family life & CASH to be there, its time for some interest, free oil would do it.
