That is suppose to keep the men around them safe from their Sexual Allure. These men have no self control so must be protected from themselves.
Yes I am being abit tacky..but I have found the spiel on this more than I can stand. If the sight of my ankle of wrist can send a man into a sexual frenzy I think something is wrong with those men & the society that raised them.
I am all for decent dress in people.

The Koran, the book that Muslims believe contains the very words of God, says that women must let their clothing hang down in this way. Its a modesty thing and they cover their faces to avoid men getting lusty from seeing a woman.
