In California, by September 25, 2001, the governor and attorney general along with the Highway Patrol and the Office of Emergency Services formed the California Anti-Terrorism Information Center. The Center is created to analyze and process the thousands of tips and leads of suspicious activity that began pouring into state law enforcement agencies in the days following September 11th. The effort has been to separate the wheat from the chaff and disseminate to law enforcement information that truly reflects suspicious activity or reliably warrants concern. In just January and February of this year, 1,615 subjects were reported to the database. Two Hundred and twenty eight of them had criminal histories and 330 were the subjects of ongoing investigations. The center services an average of 56 law enforcement agencies per week, and monitors 40 open anti-terrorist investigations.

Yeah, tough question, since you're not going to make everyone happy. But to make it easier, I'll give you dictatorial powers for as long as you need to :)

Try to minimize the violence involved, that is, mass-killlings are bad, mmkay?

Palestinians : While the majority of the people want peace and land, the more extreme section wants complete elimination of Israel, and will likely use violence to try to sabotage any compromise.

Israelis : Most, like the Palestinians, want a secure and peaceful home, and want to be free to practice their religion. Many also feel "tied" to the land, due to religious beliefs. Not as much violence by individual terror groups, but the government is often heavy-handed.

Lets say Israel decides to do some espionage inside Iran and Iran finds the soldiers and captures them....Iran captures them treats them like how P.O.Ws should treat them in the Geneva convention..and do not issue any retalitory acts...would Israel be just to attack Iran like they did Iran?....I say no.....cuz the soldiers were in Iranian soil not vice versa and although Iran vocally threatend Israels security Israel actually threatend it with military action

and more than 100 people from your country where detained and emprisonned by the same occupiers..and you elected a party that existed to defend your country against the occupiers since the army in your small country is not strong enough?!
One day, this good party was labeled terrorist by the strongest force in the world (a country that possesses a strong media that brainwashes people and convince them she's right and good) ,and it was threatened and asked to get disarmed..
dont you think Lebanon has the right to protect itself too?
dont tell me hezbolla started the war, those people already have hundreds of lebanese people being in israeli prisons from 20 years and sometimes more, arent these humans too? are israeli people only the humans and others not?
Lebanon has an occupied land, why israel is not to be blamed?
What did hizbolla or Lebanon (all Lebanese people support hizbolla) do to be labeled as terrorists?
please just think logic before answering..

Hi,

I have an H1B with a company A. My H1 got approved in February 2006, after which my employer never put me on a project and so I do not have any pay stubs. It is July 2006 now.
Another company B is willing to get my H1B transferred, I do not have paystubs to give to them, which seem to be needed for a transfer. Please let me know if anyone knows any other way of solving this problem.

Please anyone faced this kind of problem, please write back, your help will be highly apppreciated. Thanks.

Nope, I really don't see a pattern here to justify profiling, do you?

So, to ensure we Americans never offend anyone, particularly fanatics intent on killing us, airport security screeners will no longer be allowed to profile certain people. They must conduct random searches of 80-year-old women, little kids, airline pilots with proper identification, secret agents who are members of the President's security detail, 85-year old Congressmen with metal hips, and Medal of Honor winning and former Governor Joe Foss, but leave Muslim Males between the ages 17 and 40 alone lest they be guilty of profiling.
