You're suggesting that George Bush is getting fellatio from the U.S. public and, in return, is inserting a cigar you-know-where.

I don't believe that the public is pleasuring Mr. Bush, and from all the negative press he gets, it appears that he is not causing the public any pleasure either. So my answer to your question is NO.

Instead, President Bush is calling the shots as he sees fit. If you want to be very negative, you can say that all of his decisions are intended to make more money for the oil companies (and for the Bush family and for Dick Cheney .... etc.). If you want to be very positive, you can say that all of his decisions are based on his best judgment as to what will be in the long-term best interests of the American people and all the world's people, present and future.

Either position is easy to defend if you focus on only the particular points that support it. My view is that the truth is somewhere in between, but I think it is closer to the latter view. The former view has been put forth by MIchael Moore and others, who have their own agendas. Unfortunately, it has gained some traction ... but not, I think, with fair-minded observers.

Its more like hes saying," Bend over and take it like a Man!" Trust Me We are all getting F***** by Bush. We are getting road hard by the big Cowboy from Texas. Unless You are in the Oil Business, in which case You would be very happy right now.

Bush is treating us worse that Bill did to Monica. Plus, she was a willing participant.
