Is the Navy recruit center in San Diego still closed?

I was there in 1984. Heard later it closed due to budget cuts.

The Naval Training Center in San Diego has been turned into a housing development called Liberty Village. The land was sold to a private company for a few cents on the dollar, and the developer will now make millions on the deal.

I was across the street at the ASW base when they ran the last recruit company through. It's all changed now with restaurants, shops, and stuff, never going to go back to the Navy. Boot camp's all in Great Lakes now. All the schools went elsewhere.
