Hi,

I have an H1B with a company A. My H1 got approved in February 2006, after which my employer never put me on a project and so I do not have any pay stubs. It is July 2006 now.
Another company B is willing to get my H1B transferred, I do not have paystubs to give to them, which seem to be needed for a transfer. Please let me know if anyone knows any other way of solving this problem.

Please anyone faced this kind of problem, please write back, your help will be highly apppreciated. Thanks.

You need to ask this question of a competent immigration attorney. "Body shopping" such as your original employer did, is not allowed under H1B.
