Politics & Government - 31 July 2006

Now I know all members of the patties fall into this category so if you take offense to my remarks, this question targets you.
Neither political party is doing any good for this country. They were meant for like minded citizens to group together and vote for someone who was in line with their views. They were not meant for politicans to use for their own personal gain. This split we have in our country is the fault of the party leaders who only have the parties views in mind and not the views of the people who support it. They are not agreeing on anything and our indecisiveness is being mocked by the entire world. They need to put differences aside until the current issues that are so important right now are resolved. They will not do this as they do not want what is best for us but what is best for the party. Politicans are using the party for personal gain and we are being taken advantage of as it is not allowing anyone else into office. We do not have a real choice. Please comment.

I found out he is getting unemployment and he is still working at the the same place getting payed under the table I get the support from unemployment but it only pays half of the support and now he is $500 dollars behind . now he made a court date which is Monday so he can have it lowered. WHAT CAN I DO??????

There was a great internal battle between the Socialist ellements - people like Tony Cliff and the Zionist elements - David Ben-Gurion and Vladimir Jabotinsky when Israel was first developing. The Zionist won, they acted against the victims of the Holocaust on many occasions. They lobbied the US to refuse to allow Jews to seek refuge there after WW2 so that they had to colonize Palestine.

If you really did, I'd think you would understand why some people don't have 7 years to wait to come legally. So they come illegally. I know that doesn't make it right, but sometimes it's the only choice. Some illegals honestly come here for a better life and put some food on the table, we should cut them a little slack I think.
