There was a great internal battle between the Socialist ellements - people like Tony Cliff and the Zionist elements - David Ben-Gurion and Vladimir Jabotinsky when Israel was first developing. The Zionist won, they acted against the victims of the Holocaust on many occasions. They lobbied the US to refuse to allow Jews to seek refuge there after WW2 so that they had to colonize Palestine.

Has thier acts, thier refusal for peace in the Middle East time after time, thier racist superiority and fanticism...

Did it harm the religion itself, did it degrade the humanistic, cooperative aspects of Judaism?

did it undermine the individualism and peacefulness of the Jewish faith?

Zionism is pure evil. They descend on a nation like locusts, suck out all of the natural resources and leave.
They keep to their own and Shyte on the rest of the world.

One wonders why such a question even concerns you, unless you were a religious Jew.

As is the case, religious Jews and theologians thereof have a lot to say about Zionism.

The majority of religious Jews are either Zionists or non Zionists. They do not regard it as evil. Even among the anti Zionists, most of them probably do not consider it evil.

That being the case, one may conclude that most people who are knowledgable about such things would say that it did not harm Judaism.

don't quite know what a zionist is. the jewish faith like all faiths under constant attack will change and develop under the constant threat/pressure to make the most everlasting and sustaining decisions possible. they will do their best to absorb the best of their faith into their defensive policy decisions. i can only wish them well. in return do you believe that islam is more concerned with keeping to the traditions of their faith, in the face of war, and tries to keep true to the essentials of its belief for sake of their people? sitting on the side, watching the moral slide of two great cultues into the depths of the moral abyss, is sad in a way you might never know the depth of for many (and maybe most) americans. the middle east is a giant sucking sound, and as your shame is our shame, america is its best customer.

fanaticism is always dangerous... the problem is when we try to imagine that the faith is responsible for the fanatics. i don't believe judaism itself has suffered because of zionism... just as i don't believe that christianity has suffered because of the crusades. i am convinced that any god worth following would be horrified by what some people have done in his name. i don't wish to sound childish, but i believe this was what jesus hoped to address with "you shall know them by their fruits".

if the fruit is toxic, then perhaps it is the fault of the tree... not the sun shining on it. i do not blame judaism... but as with any other sun, some things she shines on are not worth nurturing. just as islam is what nourishes hezbollah...

You hate Israel but say nothing about Hezbollah. I would like to know is Hezbollah a terrorist organization or not? No melee-mouthed platitudes just answer yes or no (if you have the courage) you can e-mail me.
