I know (for sure) that none of my ancestors killed "indians",why should I still have to support them.Why should the ancestors of "indians" be given "reparations"?Why don't they assimilate?

The owner of the land hired help to keep an eye on this ranch that we live on. On our anniversary, this guy shot our 8 month old puppy in our extended backyard. Due to the pain and stress of the situation, we didn't file a police report, we were more worried with giving the puppy a burial. A day later, we realized that it was too late to file a report because we do have any proof. Now, we would like to take the guy to small claims court to make him accountable for what he did (he never even appologized). What do we need to do?

My wife is a US citizen and I am in Jamaica. We got married in Jamaica and we would like some feedback on what paperwork we would need to file for me to be able to live in the US. We would also like to know if a lawyer is needed and if so, how much would it cost.

Children were playing, and women laughing in a documentary of the before image of Iraq. Can anybody guess why they hate us? One guess? Come on? BECAUSE THE MILLITARY INVADED A COUNTRY LOOKING FOR WEAPONS AND CAME OUT WITH HUNDREDS OF RIOTS. Why did George Bush attack a happy Iraq? I hear all the time that the war in Iraq is illegal, I have not heard why it is illegal. Is it because the UN said we shouldn't go? If thats the case do you think the UN would have agreed for us to go fight the Germans? I'd say no. But I have not heard one good shred of fact for them to say it was "illegal". Can anyone answer that for me?

It appears that many Americans were pushed over the edge when they saw illegals protesting in American and waving the Mexican flag. Americans also appear to be more and more anti-illegal as illegals make more demands on our government. I think that illegals are the ones who stepped up this mass movement to end illegal immigration. How dare they come here illegally, for whatever reason, and make demands? I believe that the more demands they make, the more angry Americans will get.

Where will it end? Do illegals REALLY believe that Americans will tolerate people not learning English?

those that have come here illegally? Just think, these people are living and working next to you. Breeding anchor babies as fast as their wombs will spew.
Or is it their clumsy, foolishness when trying to justify how they are illegal by waving other countries flags, showing up with masks in public, joining groups like La Raza who's sole purpose is as their motto illustrates "For The Race (Hispanics) everything, for all other nothing!"
Sounds pretty scary to think these kinds of racists ignoranmuses, are trying to join our society regardless of what they may be here for.
Note the extreme anger and frustration demonstrated by the illegals and pro illegals in their answers here on this site. If this isn't WAR or soon to be one, I don't know what you may call it! It seems to me they are acting like they sense the end is near. They fear the Minute Men and all that support them.
Maybe I should send those guys a few more $$$$$. They apparently have the correct idea to remove illegals.

I purchased it on April 1st. The creditor filed on April 3rd. I left the truck in front of my house while I was out of town for a month to deter burglars. While I was gone the sheriff seized my truck of which I have the title, tag, and registration in my name. THey didn't check to see whose truck it was before they seized it. I have a bill of sale which is also registered on my registration. I have to go to court now to contest the seizure on Thursday. What are my chances of getting it back? My ex owed the Ace Hardware 2000 but they owed him 2000 for work he performed there. They beat him to the clerks office and filed before he did due to him being in jail. Please help! I thought about going to a cash for title place before court but a deputy said that would be illegal!!! HOw can getting a loan on my own truck illegal as compared to what they did!!! I suppose all I can do if the backwoods legal system of Bofunk, Alabama decides to award the creditor my truck is to appeal!
