Conservative hate Liberals ... Liberals hate Conservatives ... Americans hate Mexicans ... Americans hate Arabs (well some of them) ... Americans don't trust Europeans ... Who do you like?

For the record - I'm a white, liberal, christian, european male who likes pretty much everything and everyone (including you lovely people in the US). I'm sure I'm about to be seriously hated for being me.

It's great that none of you hate anything. I'm not so sure about some of your countrymen. Just read the political & religious sections of Y!A and you'll see - I'm sure you already have, so you know what I mean.

Neddie if full of shiit! She oozes hate. Me, I just dislike wrong opinions. Mine included, but it's fun getting under the skin of people. Especially American Liberals.

I like everyone until they give me a reason not too, and that takes an awful lot. I can honestly say that I don't hate anyone for having different political views, being of another race, another religion, or being from another country. I do agree that all too often, the media shows only the Americans who do hate. They never seem to have the willingness to display the Americans that are caring, good, and decent people. I totally blame the media for the world's perception of Americans.

I think you are pitting two extremes against each other and not taking into consideration the people in the middle who don't fit into either category. I don't. I'm a white, middle class, middle age Texas suburbanite. I'm not liberal or conservative. I'm not Republican OR Democrat. I don't hate Mexicans, Arabs or anyone.

Illegal immigrants -- I just want them to come here legally
Terrorists (of any nationality) -- I just want them to stop trying to conquer others.

I don't hate anyone just because they have an opinion that differs from mine. I'll respectfully listen to their side and, and while I may or may not agree with them, I will take their points into consideration.

I just want the world to be able to live together peacefully. If we all could focus on all our similarities instead of the differences maybe we could begin.

I am a conservative married to a liberal. I like lots of Arabs just not the only who like to use violence to spread their control. I like Mexicans. I just want those who come to America to do so legally. I favor liberal, legal immigration. I don't trust some European leaders (Chirac), and there have been more anti-American demonstrations in Europe than vice versa. It was Schroeder (sp?) who ran against America in German elections. (Thank goodness that Merkel has been elected.) Neither Bush nor Kerry ran against Europe.
However, I find most Europeans to be quite nice and, as you say, lovely.

I agree with you. I like the Europeans I have met. I don't agree with a lot of the Republicans here in the U.S. I am a Christian. I am also liberal minded. I do not think the United States is the greatest country in the world. I think we should all be equal and treat eachother with respect. This is just how I personally feel, however.

Don't really think of it as hate as much as disagreement. Of course some of the discussions get heated but that happens when it is a subject that people feel strong about.

I think I am right leaning moderate myself. But a lot of questions are inflamitory by their nature and that does have a tendancy of getting a strong reation from me. But I really don't hate the people making the comments.

I agree with you,,, I don't hate anybody,,, the Bush team has supported hate,,, driven hate,,, given to the rich,,, and taken from the poor,, and started a war that was not necessary,, they had a window of opportunity after 9-11 to do what was best for America,,, do you think that's what fiscal conservatives did,,,
