But can't make nice boardwalks by the beaches, with plants, showers every 100 yards, bathrooms, get rid of ugly "historic wall".
How about raking nasty kelp from sand.
What make a difference to drink alcohol on sand and bars by but not on grass and boardwalks?
PB and MB oceanfront is only a few miles long and are visited by million of tourists every year.
South California has as big economy, as many individual countries.
SO, WHY SIMPLE THINGS CAN'T BE DONE?

I have to ask this question just because of some of the answers on Yahoo and people I meet. Someone asked what a word meant and sure enough a liberal had to take a cheap shot at GWB. The question had nothing to do with politics but this individual had to make a political statement even though it had no place.

Why?

I once got in a discussion with a liberal who was argueing that GWB was responsible for the tsunami that hit SE Asia. Can you believe that?

Why are liberals so angry? You would think GWB went into thier homes and took a dump on thier living room floor with some of the hateful things people say.

Now, these guys have every right to voice thier views and I will be the first to defend that right for them, but can't we be more constructive?

you feel that the elder Bush should have done this job, but didn't... and now you feel like you should correct past mistakes...

I don't know if I've ever heard anyone say this personally... I was just thinking about it the other day....

frankly... this is the most logical and sensible reason I've thought/ heard to support the war.... and I could almost understand it...

what do you guys think?

I have noticed, when I listen to political conversations recently, it seems that a lot of people involved in those discussions are tired of destructive partisan politics and that they would like to see more consensus, rather than a "partisan" position from the parties.
Therefore the question evolved: What IS partisan ?

in agriculture. My father owned a 1 AC plot of land where we grew fresh vegetables & fruits also My brother & I who was 2 yrs younger than I started chopping cotton at ages 10 & 8 for about 10c an hr. We were so good at it we started contracting our svcs out to farmers to do their whole crops, however, a few yrs later the farmers told us he found someone to do the work cheaper, go home. I got a good job at 18 as an apprentice printer & later a classified telemarketing rep. I worked 47 yrs before being asked to resign or be fired for alcoholism. I've had 3 blackouts requiring hospitiization, kidney failure & exremely high blood pressure. Now here's the capper I just got a letter from Social Security telling me I'm not disabled & don't need any medical help, GO GET A JOB!! I get $226 a mo from my retirement. WHAT would you do in my shoes??? I think the system is overloaded with people who have not paid into it, therefore effectively leaving me out in the cold.

Two weeks ago today in Honolulu, HI I bought a car and signed a contract stating my monthly payment. Today a dealership rep calls and asks me to come over to sign more paperwork. I thought I had forgotten to sign something so I went. The guy tells me I'm supposed to sign another contract with my new monthly payment, which is $118.00 more. I tell him I won't sign it and want the general manager to call me, since she's the one who told me that my monthly payment would be what I signed for. I can't find any legal answers on the 'net because the government websites are sooo confusing. Help!!!

Like the jews are doing now over one man.

If you agree with what the jews are doing now, then why aren't you mad when our government doesn't take the same actions when it is confronted by the same or worst situtation.

Don't say isn't that simple!
It is!

I do admit that Sadam deserves what happened to him...
And for me I say that who are making these terrorist acts are just pretending to be Muslims, since my religion doesn’t say that killing innocent people destroying houses ... and raping is good...
My religion says that we must be peaceful,
ARE NOT TERRORIST AND I REFUSE TO BE CALLED THAT

Does a document that was notarized ever expire? I had heard that after 8 years you had to have a new document drawn up and notarized again. True?

Do the laws vary state to state?

Thanks!

Is it good or no?

E.g. for US, Mexico, one indicates creation of a Yahoo! Family Account when children are under 13. Not such thing for France; for Argentina: this part is just 3 not full lines; for Brasil and Singapour: not full 5 lines. For Germany it is indicated that parents should look that people under 12 yeas of age do not use Yahoo Q&A without adults. In most cases tutors are responsible, but no information is addressed for children who access Internet without adults (that they are not permitted or so).
