Is it good or no?

E.g. for US, Mexico, one indicates creation of a Yahoo! Family Account when children are under 13. Not such thing for France; for Argentina: this part is just 3 not full lines; for Brasil and Singapour: not full 5 lines. For Germany it is indicated that parents should look that people under 12 yeas of age do not use Yahoo Q&A without adults. In most cases tutors are responsible, but no information is addressed for children who access Internet without adults (that they are not permitted or so).

Would not be better to create quidelines, which fit every state laws, but are integral for all? Or is it acceptable to treat children rights differently by thir country being an international website?

Laws are differnt in each country just like thay are in each state and city. So thay have to follow them.

Well, it's kinda like in SOME countries, SIXTEEN year olds can drink alcohol!!

Different laws for different countries because different countries have different laws.
