Isn't anyone else here so sick of hear about how we should nuke Iran, Iraq, mid east, Korea, China, and the list goes on?

Are people really that stupid? Do they think if we fire a nuke it will bring peace? Do they think we're the only place in world with nuke?

Also haven't they heard of diploma or non nuke military act?

If they're so bent on using nuke, I guess next time they get in argue with their parents or lover, they should just pull out a saw off shotgun and blow them away and see if it actually take care of anything.

If someone came up to you in an airport, restaurant or other place, which would you rather they said to you?

1. We're grateful for what you're doing over there.
2. We're trying to get you home as soon as possible.

Please mention your branch and unit. I really only want to hear from active service military.

I read the following:

"Yes the US will collapse from within eventually and here's why...So long as we have Mexican-Americans, African-Americans, Asian-Americans, etc. we have factions and until they can get past their heritage and acknowledge that we are just American I can see where these factions may/might end up conflicting and possibly trying to gain control. If that infighting were to occur the USA would eventually collapse under it's own weight of diversity."

Will someone please, please explain this answer to me? I am really confused. Listed below are 3 of my concerns.
1. "So long as we have..." - Is this a veiled suggestion that certain people should start looking for a new home?
2. "...trying to gain control" - I thought the United States was governed by the people.
3. "We are just American." - Who are the "We"?... Teaching history is teaching heritage? Whose heritage should we learn?

Have I just missed the point? Please, I need to understand.

Thanks

I was pulled over about 2 days in texas for speeding. The cop searched my truck for an hour and found one mabye two marijuana seeds in the carpet. On my ticket i was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. On the ticket under contraband "yes" was selected and under type of contraband "other " was selected out of drugs, weapons, or currency. I have looked all over trying to find out if possession of a seed is considered paraphernalia or the drug itself.. To make a long story short i have no prior record of any kind and would rather this not go on my name. Do i have a leg to stand on, is this worth fighting?

It seems to me that while all the politicians have such good intentions. the moment they get into office their intentions go out the window.

it becomes all about scoring points off the other team, rather than about the country and its needs. they forget that its not them and their interestes we voted in, its their ability to correct and better the country for the whole population.

if you sit and watch the parliment coverage on Sky, its like watching a school play ground. He said, shes said, they said; its not my fault it's you; you started it ..... blah-blah-blah.

the seem to talk endlessly about things that are already happening; discuss things that have already taken place; ***** and whine about each other ........ not once have i ever seen them resolve a single issue.

Water; got it wrong! Rail; got it wrong! Pensions; got it wrong! Iraq; got it wrong! Unemplyment; got it wrong!

Sack the lot and lets start again with some real people, from real streets, with real jobs

This is the supreme court ruling that ruled corporate contributions to campaign funds are equivalent to freedom of speech.

But it is not equal to freedom of speech. It is giving corporations a way to influence politics.

the real question is - why don't the "guilty" folk feel the same intimidation?

Has our legal, justice system become blurred?

Have we become so wrapped up with the terrorist threat that the police can ignore everyday people crimes (robbery, theft, burgarly, etc,) whilst carrying guns in their pursuit of "higher level crime" to the demise of everyday problems and citizens?

It's becoming to easy to believe that I can be ignored for raising my concerns about real crimes, but will be visited by umpteen armed "boys in blue" if I raise unfashionable or un-politically-correct comments about just about any other thing

why do the british public keep voting Labour to power when they are really really crap? Why dont we all get together and kick them out??

Does that mean that single women shouldn't be allowed to have children and since marriage exists to protect children does that mean that when a couple is divorced the children should become wards of the state.

Furthermore, should divorce be illegal once a couple has had children.

if a drunk driver has kids in the car, they are charged with child abuse and child indangerment. since recent studied show that talking on a cell phone while driving, the driver is more impaired than a drunk driver and is more likely to get into a wreck. so why don't cell phone users while driving get charged with child abuse and child indangerment?

It seems that many nations are in a precarious position. Expecially China. If the U.S takes action against N. Korea, then China has no choice but to help their allies. Then Russia may intervene because China is behind Russia. So now we have:

United States ,Britian, Japan, S. Korea vs Russia, China, N. Korea and the UN

Could you see this happening? Also, how about the draft. America might be forced to implement it to win.
