No one approves of War, but it is a necessity.
Think of the planes flying into the Twin Towers, the Pentagon, and the open field in Pennsylvania, due to the Bravery of many true Americans, who by own Their actions, saved everyone from more devastation. Imagine those still injured, the Children without Parents, the Parents without Children. Now imagine it happening every week.
It makes me sick to know that Men and Women are at this very moment putting their lives at risk, for so many ungrateful People. All anyone has to do is read other questions, not yours, to see the disrespect.

I absolutely approve of this war. Im so sick and tired of hearing people gripe about this. If the president had done nothing after Sept 11th people would be griping about that. I knew the situation in Iraq long before we went to war and being a woman myself I can feel for how bad it was for a woman to live in that country. Let me ask you this? If america was ran like Iraq was before we came over there would you pray for help? I guess that some people must think that woman being raped, brutalized , people being paid barely enough to survive , being told if you are a female you are not allowed to learn to read......I guess some people are cruel enough to turn a blind eye to that but in my opinion I feel those reasons alone were enough to validate us being there. Then there's what they have done to us and what they would've done and hey lets not forget what they still plan to do to us either. Im proud of my country and fully support this war. If we pulled out now we would be doing all of the soldiers who have died for this cause a very big injustice. Here's a thought.....if everyone feels that we should vote on whether to stay or not than I think that only the soldiers should get to vote. Most that I've spoke with are proud of what they have accomplished over there and believe in the cause.

Ungrateful people??? Please, tell me how does men putting their lives on the lines grateful? So many people are dead because of the war. Yes, it was a very bad day on 9/11 but like i have said before in the other remarks. It could have been prevented. Bush had plenty of warnings, he just chose to ignore them. Plus, more are dying now then what did in 9/11. The war is totally unnecessary now. They have a president, they have people to soldiers of their own now. Get our soldiers home to their family before more lose their lives. You know people seem to forget about God now a days. How do you think he feels about all this? Does anyone stop to think about that? I hate this war. It's just making it worse keeping them over there. All the men dying is dying because Bush doesn't know enough to bring them home. They did what they needed to do.

Yes I do. We have a job to do in order to ensure the freedoms we enjoy, and many of us take for granted, for our children. I enlisted in hopes of going to Iraq. I got out before I had chance because my husband and I thought it would be best for me to be able to stay home with our son while he was in Iraq. If we pull out too soon, all those men and women who have died fighting for our country, would have died in vain.
