I know that for this American, I don't trust any of the candidates considering running. Senator Kerry has talked about it, and not to long ago, here in Texas he told the citizens he did not care if they did not want another tax hike, they had no choice.
The only people our government needs to take this attitude with are threatening nations. Not the American People. Kerry, and Bush come from the same platform. I as an American am tired of being punished by having my civil rights violated because my home was attacked on 9/11. I don't want another president like this one, and honestly, I no longer want the government I have.I want a real candidate for the people. One that is not afraid to put thier background out there, and provide drug test results, just like the American people are forced to do when they apply for a job., and if they don't want to do that, then get those laws off the books, or a No Vote is all you'll get from me, your not qualified for the job. Just as it is 4 me

dems are calling for a pull out...the media criticizes everything america does...liberal celebraties speak out agains the war...we are in the war...get over it...why do you support the troops...don't tell me you do you when bad mouth what they are in...to me these liberals are like people when they have a family problem they tell everyone about it so the family changes to thier view...instead of keeping it internal then resolving the problem with in the family...not with the neighborhood...it is soo childish...

Almost every American that I know of that is employed is working as many hours as they can get, and they are still falling deeper in debt, many of them have taken on second jobs. There is no one home to raise their children, because grandparent can't afford to retire and help their children raise their families, they have to pay the high medical costs acquired by aging. There children can not afford to take care of them because there is barely enough food on the table.for the kids. This is my description of the average family in America. If the family combined makes fifty thousand a year and has two children, they can not afford a descent car, or housing, much less care for elderly parents. Besides they won't be there to care for them, they will be at work supporting greedy industries, and a greedy government taxing them to death.

The so called constitutional right is ancient and meant when there was no government.It should be abrogated!! The number of deaths in the USA with firearms is SHOCKING to me as a visitor.Surely there is no necessity in having firearms unless the citizen has ABSOLUTELY no faith in the Government or Police!!FRIGHTENING to walk in some parts of Was DC!

Pro-life or Pro-death? You say you are pro-chocie. So you choose to let the genocide of babies go on in America. Over 1.2 million babies are slaughtered every year because of abortion. Thats about 1 every 20 seconds in the US alone.
Genocide is "The systematic and planned extermination..." Abortion is planned and very systematic. Over 48 MILLION babies have been murdered since Roe v. Wade was passed. And you call this chocie? Where is the voice for the babies that are being murdered by the millions?

when the eeoc fails to perform a complete and competent investigation during an investigation of racial discrimination brought on by a victim of racial discrimination are they immune from accountability and negligence liability?
IS the EEOC immune from damage law suits?
Is the EEOC not held to some kind of standard?

For whom is the statue of limitations enacted, the victim or the culprit?

The little men and women of our county are falling further and further. politicians allow drugs into our country and ship amunitions to comunist country's . Lawyers , cops and judges get caught breaking the laws in many ways and nothing is done to them at all . We as a people , see these things unfolding right in front of us plain as day but at the same time, nothing is done. I'm a semi - educated black male who thinks that the best president would be someone from the like of the movie "BULWORTH". A suicidal senator freaks out and starts to tell it like it REALLY is ... Ebay disallows it's sellers who sell in ebay's so called auction format from recovering Paypal fees or for that matter the ebay fees. The reasons ebay gives for this is that they are not a true auction, (then why is it called an auction?). It might be acceptable somewhat that the ebay fee may not be totally recoverable, as cost of advertising. However the Paypal fee should be totally recoverable. While denying it's sellers from reclaiming Paypal fees, Ebay/Paypal also disallow sellers from listing GreenZap as a payment option. GreenZap fees are flat rate fees making GreenZap a good competitive alternative to Paypal. Is Ebay/Paypal in conflict of interest or in antitrust violation? Also is this fiar, Ebay/Paypal are profiting on top of their own fees and shipping cost when payments are made via Paypal, as Paypal fees are a percentage based on the total cost which includes shipping cost and ebay's own fees thereby skimming profit off their own fee, there's probably a legal term for this.
