it varys by the states..you can check out there codes on ine in a yahoo search..in my opinion a anyone who does that should go to jail an get *** raped an have there doick cut off in little pieces..that is not right an justice should be served to all rapists..however it depends how long the time will be on the amount of evidence there is..such as rape kit..police repots..evidence..or if there is a confession tyhen none is neeeded for trial since there will just be an arragment then an no court..so there are alot of factors that come onto play..also if you havent reprted yet you need to since the longer you wait the harder it will be to prove an questiong will come up on why you waited so long...also sadly to say not all rapists go to jail even with evidence....there may be a mishap or they might have an affirmative defense ...if you want further info i suggest on going to www.lawguru.com or type police or law forums in yahoo search engine

In many countries a woman of 15 is legally allowed to have relationships. Sadly, in some countries it has be made, 'illegal' for women to have fun until they hit the menopause. Rather rotten, actually. Like, why oppress young women? And do these women oppressers realise that a women can't really have children much past the age of 35?

Depends on the state. for example, a 18 yr old man, a 15 yr old girl. mother knew they were active sexually. girl gets pregnant. state consent is 16 yrs of age. 18 yr old gets charged with statutory rape, but is not levelled as a sex offender and is given 10 yrs of probabtion. he has oppertunity to raise his child...etc.... go figure.
