The little men and women of our county are falling further and further. politicians allow drugs into our country and ship amunitions to comunist country's . Lawyers , cops and judges get caught breaking the laws in many ways and nothing is done to them at all . We as a people , see these things unfolding right in front of us plain as day but at the same time, nothing is done. I'm a semi - educated black male who thinks that the best president would be someone from the like of the movie "BULWORTH". A suicidal senator freaks out and starts to tell it like it REALLY is ... No jokes.... No hidden adgendas... Just the truth. Not to bash any specific person or politicician.... Just asking .

Actually, I suspect it is pretty much as it has been for most of our history. A little research shows name-calling, rumor-mongering, "guilty until proven innocent" attitudes, and LOTS of whining about losing elections all through our history.

Fortunately, enough of us remember NOT to do these things, to instead disagree and dissent, even protest without rancor or undermining our own country and elected officials for political power.

Some people did it to President Clinton, and claimed to be Republicans. Now a bunch of Democrats do it and claim they represent all Democrats.

I'd call it silly, but it's really seditious.

Some of us, including Democrats like myself, believe in what President Bush (and President Clinton before him) do because we know more about the complexities of the world. For instance: my family left Islam before I was born. Even back then they saw that Islam was making a push at world domination. We are all still amazed at how many people just don't get that President Bush just pre-empted them before they were powerful enough to do it rather than wait and hope the world would band together in time. Bush will go down as a villian, but he might have saved us all.
President Clinton had access to the same information. That's why he bombed Saddam more than once.
We're like children watching a board game, complaining about how the players aren't moving the pieces in the right direction, keep forgetting to jump other pieces, don't ever seem to crown their pieces correctly when they reach the far end of the board, and complain about how lousy the players are at playing checkers.

While the players, patiently trying to explain, some giving up, some playing on the children's confusion to confuse them further and get their support, continue to play chess.

We're like that way too often.

Don't follow blindly, but don't follow the opposition blindly, either. Educate each other about all sides of an issue.

First, few if any have been thinking the president or any law enforcement officials. The president nonetheless has adequate help to habit his unlawful and immoral wars at the same time as ignoring the electorate of the U. S. and their needs. 2nd, i did no longer save on with the non secular teachings of my mothers and fathers when I grew to alter into sufficiently previous to seek for the actuality on my very own. Such is the criminal duty of each and every thinking guy or woman regardless of nationality, ethnic beginning, race or gender basically as accepting the outcomes for the comparable is likewise an criminal duty. persons are cowards for many motives: it truly is much less confusing to flow with the flow than to swim up circulation, low experience of self well worth, too lazy to do the artwork for themselves, no longer keen to settle for the leads to their strikes, etc. the actuality is they are going to additionally ought to settle for the outcomes for their state of being inactive's. preparation isn't a foul ingredient, libraries are useful and extremely clever, thinking won't harm and information is sturdy. ma'a salaam

I believe they started after WWII - once America recovered and people started to become well off, Americans have become complacent. We figured that we are doing so good we do not need to criticize and since the policitical agenda did not seem to affect us immediately or reformed our personal lives drastically - it did not deserve our analysis of the situation.
