While legally Devored my Ex- wife almost lost the House to forcloser. I reluctenly agreed to move back with her to work it out.
I was primary on the loan . the Title Co. was to title the home in my name and my ex's name as Single man -Single women. my Ex got the help she wanted and soon changed the locks and filed a P.P.O.
The Title Co. failed to file all of the paper work ( The Deed change ) I Iost again . My Tools, car, family pic's and equity in the sale of the home. Do I have a law suit here and if so where can I go ????

I remember back in the 1980's we were rolling in dough, 1990's people had jobs and were rolling in dough still. Once this war got started jobs declined, Government spending on Military was outrageous, Gas prices are unheard of now, and politicians keep lying about what they're going to do when election time nears but when they're in office they never can back up what they preach. Can anybody tell me something that I can really believe?

So my boyfriends birthday is on July 3rd. I wanted to make a video tape of his friends and family wishing him a happy birthday. I have some ornamental trees that line my property. My as*hole neighbor plans on sueing me if i don't take them down. Does he have any right to sue. The trees are mine and are on my property. They put shade on his property for a part of the day, other than that, they do nothing to harm his property.

I always hear the Rupugblicans argue that taxes are to high, that democratics are tax and spend.
However
1) Why do they never complain about Corparate tax shelters who stiff the government making the public pay 15% higher taxes than they should.
2) How can they argue tax cuts in a time of war, is that patriotic.
3) Although Tax and spend is a cute catch phrase, Why don't they see that taxes are our patriotic duty as members in a society to contribute our fair share. For example the military isn't free, the post office, the FDA,
