I know it is not possible, however wouldn't it be fair for all if some type of test was developed? Like the blood alcohol test.

yes because I believe that what you do at home is your business, what you do at work is "thier" buisness

While they're at it, why don't they test everybody to see if they're on anti-depressants, since that could affect job performance. Then after that, we could find out if anyone has a head cold that day, because that could affect job performance too. Oh I know. What if a person just had a fight with their boyfriend/girlfriend. We know that would affect our work too. My point is, let's stop putting all these ridiculous laws into place before it's too late. For the record, I DO NOT agree with your suggestion, and I DON'T smoke pot. I just like having freedom.

That's not really possible to do. The test can only say how much THC is in the system, not when it was ingested.

Edit: Yes, that would be good, but like I said, it's not possible. THC does not leave the body nearly as quickly as alcohol, and neither does any other indicator of marijuana use.
