why tolerate any gangs anywhere? Have done with it, have the local police departments start offering $1000 rewards for information leading to the apprehension and arrest of gang members and stopping gang activity...

sorry, i'm in GA, we have gangs in the ATL, and every city outside of it, so i have to say the ATL is stronger in gang population

there are little gangs they think they are big but I bet if you took them to East LA and dropped them off they would wet their pants.
