While legally Devored my Ex- wife almost lost the House to forcloser. I reluctenly agreed to move back with her to work it out.
I was primary on the loan . the Title Co. was to title the home in my name and my ex's name as Single man -Single women. my Ex got the help she wanted and soon changed the locks and filed a P.P.O.
The Title Co. failed to file all of the paper work ( The Deed change ) I Iost again . My Tools, car, family pic's and equity in the sale of the home. Do I have a law suit here and if so where can I go ????

Dude, you need to talk to a lawyer. You will only get opinions here and this is too serious to mess around!

You should be able to file in small claims court, using the terms setforth in your divorce decree. You will have to see what your state law says but you may have a ok case here not only against her but the title company as well.

I am not qualified to answer your question, however I offer this. First, you have to try, what other choice do you have? Unfortunately the laws in our country have been so corrupted(ACLU) that the average person has no reason to expect justice in American courts. I have been told by attorneys and judges that if you are seeking justice you will not find it in the American judicial system! Good luck, you will need it!

Yup, you got a good lawsuit. You have damages caused by the title company and by her. Hire a lawyer and sue both the title company and her.
